I have been told by my friend who works for Leicester that they have been informed Sigurtson is travelling to Everton tomorrow to complete the transfer.

Don't think we're going to get Giroud. Just watched the Community Shield. He didn't look like a player who was leaving. Wellbeck isn't the answer either, I don't think. I think there will be a striker coming, I think we'll all be surprised, I only hope that it's a good surprise.

Only spending 7 million, shows that not only is Moshri a very rich person who knows his football but he is putting the Club on a good business footing.

I said the same thing yesterday GT after seeing it in the club shop in town. Everything about it is class, from the shade of blue to the iconic badge. I also like the aesthetic look of no sponsors logo. The whole thing is neat and classy.

It's very nice but that's as far as it goes, football is commercial and no sponsors or nothing on shirts like that means bankruptcy, like the ground we will probably not like what the new stadium will be called but if it brings in massive money I don't really care, as long as we create a special atmosphere and unique stadium you can put any sponsorships you want in there.

Think we should leave the team to R K, GuernseyBlue.

06 Aug 2017 12:33:49
They are injured quite bit welbeck vermaelen are very injury prone and have hardly played in last 2 years last 2 years leauge welbeck 27 games and vermaelen in last 3 years 20 games and is injured again now with knee injury.

I would take them both with open arms Wellbeck has pace and we need that, also Vermaelen has experience really would be two excellent signings, Stop the negativity and enjoy what R K and the board are doing, GuernseyBlue.

If koeman and Walsh want them fair enough mate I think these two just paper talk i do like welbeck he just so similar with sturridge class when fit. What your opinion ed 25.

Agree1 Disagree1

06 Aug 2017 13:16:36
Welbeck when fit is a decent striker not prolific but works really hard and has pace which are front line needs but far to injury prone to be counted on me personally would go for Kruse he is good finisher and good in the air as for vermalen no way we would just be wasting money and wages in him especially when he would spend most of the time in the treatment room his injury record over the last few years give testament to why we should stay away from him.

Surprised West Ham aren't in for Vermaelen, given their track record of wasting money on injury plagued players.
