If we can get Mina, N’Diaye or Nzonzi and Welbeck in and sell Besic, Vlasic and Bolasie I think it would be exciting times. Not that I don’t like Besic or Bolasie just think overall to balance the team out it would be best. Loan out Banigime. We would have 2 players for each position.

Transfer window looking exciting for Everton at the moment. Just hope that the players gel well together. Look what happened last year! . Couple of centre halves has to be the priority now?

They are doing a pretty good so far ed, if we get Bernard over the line, only need a couple of cbs and we are not far off from fixing things.

{Ed025's Note - buying them is one thing smeg, integrating them into the side and then turning that side into a performing team unit is another mate, the signs are looking very promising i agree but lets not get ahead of ourselves mate..

It's getting them over the line, I do believe we will get mina, I don't think we would be going so close to the wire if we didn't have a chance, Bernard is a good player, if he signs I will be happy but if not, I won't be to concerned, we have enough cover, I'd like to see smalling or cahill on loan as well, think Mina and smalling would be a good pairing, both tall and a threat in the box.

If Bernard and mina happens then I take my hat off to marco and Marcel. they've seen what was needed and signed some quality players in this window aswell as moving on players that I thought would be hard to move on 👏.

Wow! This would be some coup - thought we had no chance with this one!

{Ed002's Note - I am not sure where he would play. Chelsea had stepped away as the player was seen to be a little bit on the lightweight side for the EPL, but then again it has worked OK for others at the club. Milan would certainly like him but are completely stuck right now with FFP lurking again.}

Don’t think he could be any more lightweight than Lookman, as much as I think he has massive potential. I think if Lookman as adamant he wants to go and we can get someone who is similar but with more experience and who is nearer the finished article then that means more points this season from Bernard than we would have got from Lookman.

As you say WindsorBlue we shall wait and see if the CB (s) turn up (fingers crossed) . Bernard does indeed (or at least capable of playing in other positions) so perhaps fits with Mr Silva's plan.

Hopefully he would make a good signing. But we have just sold a player for being too lightweight in Klassen but we will see hopefully he turns out to be a star but this could be the end of Lookman Bolasie Sandro Vlasic.

Thanks ed wouldn't mind us signing welbeck either would certainly improve are attack and add some pace only negative would be his injury record.

I only believe what Ed002 tells me or as far as transfers in are concerned when the player is shown in a blue jersey signing the papers.

As I understand it they have agreed a deal but are waiting to see if others are going to make an offer just maybe he is not our first choice and we aren't his.

Think we should drop are interest in mina just don't think it will happen Barcelona are going to make this drag on hoping with are window closing early we are going to cave in and pay what they want if we persist with this till the end of window we are in danger of not getting any one in at centre back and considering how crap are centre backs are except holgate that would be unacceptable.
