If Rooney wanted to come back home then he would take a pay cut! I know I would, well I probably wouldn't of left Goodison!

Pay the new manager £30k a week, use the other £30k towards his wages

But he would put 5/6k on the crowd at home games yeiding approx £75k per games shirt sales etc we could afford to pay him a lot more than £75k a week

A 4 pack of lager and some cigs could be a sweetener in the deal.

Howard Kendall seems to think Moyes has told the board he is not negotiating a new contract. Most favourable option is Big Dunc. Personally think we need someone with more experience.

Would love to see Tim Cahill as part of the coaching staff.

No place for sentiment at Everton mate, if the boss decides to go then we should go for experience.

I would go for Stubbs knows the club inside out and knows all about the youngsters not a big name manager but neither was Moyes when he got the Job

DM proved himself as a competent and able boss in the Championship with Preston, and it has to said he had/has an aura about him.
We need experience, gravitas and ambition.
Personally imo, if the successor lacks any of these he should not apply for the job.

If Moyes does decide to leave, I believe the perfect replacement, would be Slaven Bilić he has experience, also knows how the club is run, he would be my first choice
Agree0

How does bilic know how the club is run it's totally different set up he is from Johnson era moyes has treated this club like he owns it an should stay otherwise some one will break it on him (don't lend us to anyone moysie) hated the 90s except 95 duffy

If Moyes decides to leave I'll give him less than 6 moths in his new job wherever it is. He is not really expected to win anything at Everton and some of his bad decisions do not come under any serious scrutiny. I am not trying to say he hasn't done a good job at Everton just that they are a perfect fit.
