As I understand it, the Glazear's people are in contact with Kllinsman, he can take the US to the world cup, as long as he will take over at unt with imediate effect. I do so hope this is true, the little creep really has it comeing.

I agree I would love it to be a case of the grass isn't always greener on the other side an before any replies come in yes I am bitter about it all

You sad lot, after all Moyes did for Everton, took us from regular 16th to regular 6th and got our pride back. Ok his dealings with us since his departure could have been handled better, but we need to thank him and just move on and forget this bitterness, childish and petty grow up!!

Agree1 Disagree1

{Ed025's Note - he did do well for us mate, and i personally hold no grudges, but some of his comments and dealings have left a sour taste, it really could have been handled better by him. with us doing so well, you are bound to get people with a grass isn.nt always greener mentality, and i dont see anything wrong with that, i dont think abusing the guy is the answer either, for me we have moved on..and upwards..

I don't think anyone abused him on a personal level, at the game, if they did it certainly wasn't audible. He just got the standard response you would expect considering his less than decent conduct since his departure. Can you imagine if they were beating us comfortably as they usually do, their crowd would have been chanting similar songs.
I agree this, ' I hope he gets sacked' etc nonsense is petty and immature but really moyes shouldn't have expected anything else. He got what he deserved on the day, all things considered. That's just football. I think, if anything, he acted petulantly if the stories of him in the Lowry are true.

Ed025 is exactly right regarding Moyes. He did did a great job at Everton and i'll always remember him doing well at us. But the fact is he has left a sour taste in my mouth with his handling of the move to Man Utd. I will never bad mouth him but I will also not think any less of any of our supporters who do bad mouth him for his actions/comments since leaving. Moyes is in the past now and I for one am looking forward to our future with the new Manager and his football philosophy. COYB!

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I also appreciate and respect the job he did whilst here but he has soured my memories of him by his subsequent conduct.
I also think though that any PL manager worth his salt, given free reign for 11 years, breaking our transfer record several times with around the 8th highest wage bill to play with under absolutely no pressure, other than to keep us in the division would've done a similar, if not better job.
Personally, I think we were getting a little stale after the 2009 FA cup final and realised we were never going to win anything under him, he outstayed his welcome by a few years but I'm more than happy how things have worked out since and long may the positivity continue. Sin Miedo

First Man U takes away my clubs manager (and I thank them for that now). Now they want to take my national team's manager! NO! NOT ALLOWED!

Klinsman/? . well Ashley Young should benefit, he was EXCELLENT DIVER .

Agree0 Disagree0

I could'nt care less what's going on with Moyes he is nothing to do with our club anymore!
We are Everton with Mr Martinez our Manager and doing a fantastic job playing without fear!

If fans have issues with Moyes leaving and buying our players then they're the issues fans should be slating him for. Any fan who has bad things to say about the actual job he did for us, or of the bloke as a person, need to have a word with themselves and grow up.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed039's Note - He shouldnt even be slated for buying Everton players, he is a manager of another team now, he obvioulsy has guys he knows and trusts and that is how it works, should Robbie Martinez be slated for taking players he worked with at Wigan to Everton??)

I'd best have a word with myself then AND grow up because some stranger has told me I'm not allowed to say anything about the job moyes other than to say it was all peachy.
I don't have an issue with the fact he came back for our better players, it's his disrespect, hypocrisy and lies that I have disappointed me and the fact he was paid a king's ransom to lower expectations and perpetuate the myth that plucky little Everton were punching above their weight and were lucky to have him.
As stated above, I believe any manager working under the conditions listed above would have secured similar finishes in the league and perhaps fine better in the cups. Turns out I was wrong all along.

Everton could move for Anderlecht striker Matias Suarez in January.

Believable4 Unbelievable4

Would that be the same player whose proposed transfer to CSKA Moscow didn't go through last year because he failed the medical? If it is, it doesn't sound too good don't you think?

Everton COULD move for anyone!

He had a belter of a season a few seasons ago but not seen much off him since then, he did play with lukaku those might not be a bad punt if the price is right. What do you think eds?

Suarez is out for the season with an ACL injury.
So I bloody hope we aren't getting him.
