said it before I've heard a rumour that the kings dock area could be back on still a big plot of prime land there.

Believable13 Unbelievable15

I'm very concerned about the future of EFC. End of the season we will be manager less. Playing in a ground that needs up dating with out any signs of new funds coming in to the club!.

Agree0 Disagree0

Have you ever tried to get away from the kings dock after a concert its a nightmare it took me 30 mins to get to the albert dock once imagine it if there was over 40 thousand trying to get away

Agree0 Disagree0

Post number 1, I am with u all the way, I am also VERY concerned about Everton FC, I think all this "takeover" talk is bull, "new ground" is bull, we will be with no manager, we are not playing our youth as we should we ate slowly getting over taken by other teams, it's a f*****g joke, I love this club millions and u can all slate ne for saying this but we all need to wake up and realise that the worst is coming and maybe sooner than later we will be in the championship

Agree0 Disagree0

So where on the kings dock is this prime land? pretty certain the arena takes up most of the space

Agree0 Disagree0

"sooner than later we will be in the championship" are you having a laugh and who are these teams that are catching us up that are in danger of taking over us any time soon, come on mate give your head a wobble

Agree0 Disagree0

There is no land left on the Kings Dock to build on only the old VAT Building that's on a Dock and is earmarked for a Hotel the land you talk about is in the north end dock area around the Stanley warehouse Sandon dock and Bramley Moore up to Canada dock in Bootle any building can take upto 5 yrs to commence so no ground will be built for 10 yrs or more because residential and commercial properties are of the priority build due to making employment available sorry if you think i'm being a spoilsport but i'm a nosey postman and we get to know things due to always asking questions to the right people coyb

Will some of you people have a word with yourselves?
Everton are not doing too badly. Tell me a club that isn't being run at a loss?

A few of my red mates were very quick to post Evertons financial results on FB, but have been very quiet since their own results were published at 88m in debt and rising. Consider the fact that they cost the last owners over 300m too- hot potato or what.

I've heard that there is another plot of land that the council have offered us. Nothing concrete or anything but sounds like a new stadium will come relatively soon weather at this place or not. Fingers crossed.

Hmmm, source please how many times do people just post stuff like this and give no account were they heard it from. {Ed025's Note - lots of times stef.

Agree0 Disagree0

I have heard via a source close to RE that a plot is being seriously looked at with LCC but the problem remains finance. This is true.

If there is a deal in the offing, we should all, (in the know or not) keep quiet, then we might just have a way forward.

Agree0 Disagree0

Without a real palpable source (s), these posts offer very little (if any at all ) in terms of validity or credibility.

The classic case of ''a mate of a mate of me cousin '' blah blah etc.

However Always have a Dream and so on :)

You can't always reveal sources as that does not help. This was not a mate of a mate post. I agree things should be kept quiet.

Agree0 Disagree0

Do you honestly think Lcc will give us land when we have just been told council tax to rise 8% jobs to go in the council and 10 libraries to close to make the sufficient savings for the year plus near riots at the town hall on wednesday regarding the cuts and you come up with this rubbish about land for a ground behave lad

Agree0 Disagree0

I did not say anything about giving land. Sorry, I thought private investment created jobs and tax revenue? Sorry for making that mistake.

heard we are after Atsu from Porto who has a 10 million euro release clause.

seems pretty decent and pacey and also known as the Ghanaian messi but I'm not going to read to much into that. good thing is he's only 21 as well.

was speaking to some one whos mates with a couple of first team lads, he told me that the leroy fer deal was in place incase some one came in late for felliani, apparantly we changed the details to stall the deal but came out with knee thing after there manager said otherwise, makes so much sense {Ed025's Note - now thats what i call a conspiracy theory..

Believable6 Unbelievable10

Rubbish i'm a cab driver and I picked up a dutch liverpool fan after talking about Everton and Liverpool he said in Holland they have a weekly 1 and half hour football show on a Friday night and they couldn't believe that we were going to sign him when its a known fact in Holland how bad his knees are

Agree0 Disagree0

Up there with the moon landings and the kennedy shooting

Agree0 Disagree0

Its not likely either that dm would decide to tell the players this either.
