naismiths transfer has not been given international clearance. SFA will not provide authorisation for the move however FIFA are expected to grant temporary registrations while the governing body rules on the move. source bbc

Rangers as in the club Naismith and the other players signed for no longer exists. That means that the debts of that club do not transfer nor do existing contracts.

Green bought the clubs assets, that does not include players, hence why the players that have agreed to transfer to "Rangers Newco" Had to agree to do so.

So they can huff and puff as much as they like, there is sod all they can do about it, and lets be realistic here, Blue Bill will have had our legal people stitch this up as tight as a duck's a**e (and that is water tight!) Before we signed the lad.

Green is arguing that players left it too late to refuse to transfer to newco but he is choosing to ignore the fact that Rangers will be in a lower league next year which constitutes a change in working conditions which is also grounds under TUPE for players to refuse to transfer to newco so green is clutching at straws in my opinion

Tim Cahill Is Set To Leave To Ethier Aisa Or To His Native Oz. Rumours Also Spinning Around Saying NY Red Bulls/Portland Timbers and Other MLS Clubs Are Intrested.

Hugo Is Set To Join Before Friday. A Deal Has Been Agreed but Wages Were A Problem.
