Its a worry jonsey that he has come out and said he doesn't need a striker, each time I see Kone play I can't understand why RM thinks that!

Unless he sees Mirallas as cover for a striker for this season? I still think we need an out and out striker to challenge Lukaku.

When we were rumoured to be after Mirallas I trawled the net looking for coverage of him. In some clips he was playing in the middle as an out and out striker. If he stays, and I think he will, then maybe Roberto will indeed use him either as a twin striker or behind Romolu.

I agree sometimes I think lukaku would benefit with someone alongside him we need to mix up formation instead of playing same formation with different personal, someone like Charlie Austin would be good fit he's proved he can score goals at this level and scored more than any of our lot in a relegated side £15m would get him maybe but less if we sorted a loan player for them as well would be classed as bargain in today's standards
But know we don't need a striker according to Roberto, we need goals and as much as I like Naismith he is not a striker and any of the others for that matter won't even bother with Kone, mirralas could do a job there but we are desperate for a striker you need to be hitting 70-80 goals to be in top 4 providing defence is good look at our current squad I don't see 50 goals we need 2 or 3 getting double figures we don't
Lukaku -20
Mirralas -8 needs to get more potential to get 15
Barkley -5 needs to add more again should be looking at 10
Naismith- 5 needs to be hitting more if playing regular
Del Boy - 5 could get more but will create plenty needs to use his head more and if he starts playing the right pass can be world beater
Kone -2 get rid
Defence and midfield will come up with a few especially Coleman and few from Baines,
