If this is true, then please, please, please don't give Moyes the job, I know some fans would welcome him back with open arms, but it shouldn't be forgotten how he behaved when he left, letting his contract run down, unsettling Baines and Fellaini, and spitting his dummy out when he never got his own way, also his record flatters to deceive whilst the everton manager, he was nailed on for 56 to 60 odd points a season, but at least 10-15 points would go begging each season because of his negative attitude, we finished 4th in 04/ 05 with the lowest ever points total for a champs league qualifier in England, still and achievement when you consider we were relagation favourites, but some perspective is needed, he always used our lack of finances as the reason for no silverware, but in truth it was his lack of ambition on the pitch tactically, he was a good solid manager over 38 games, but his cup record was abysmal, the Wigan quarter final in his last year encapsulated that, of we do really have some financial clout finally, then now is the time to be ambitious, appointing Moyes wouldn't be ambitious, it would be us taking the safe bet, 1-1 draw instead of rolling the dice and winning the lot, Forza Mouriniho!

LewisEFC if that is a windup on today of all days mate then it is in very poor taste.

Yep apologies for the bad taste comment to Mr LewisEFC, just a little upset (as we all are today) . Could still be a windup though eh! and that is just not funny, especially if Mr Phenomn stays.

My mate youngest killed at Hillsborough was with him three hours before can't stop people talking about Everton he wouldn't of wanted it our city is big enough to cope with anything especially after what Liverpool done for us at anfield over Rhys then us with the Newcastle match proper solidarity.

Need to say this. Moyes had never brought us from safe zone. But Martinez bring us to mountain dangerous road even he had found silky smooth road in first season but he decided to turn right because he feel mountain dangerous road is shorter.
