He will be a good signing if we get it over the line but according to sun we have had a bid of 14 million turned down for kone and he isn't for sale even with the player interested in joining us.

They're playing hardball because they have one of if not the smallest transfer budget of all Premier league teams. Unless Moyes can produce another Cahill or Arteta for them they will be in a market they can't compete in so they are looking for top dollar for the lad. Can't blame em' really.
