Do any of the ed's know if we are interested in the Bristol City left back? I read a rumour the other day that they might left him leave after tonight's city game. I've not seen him play but heard good reports. Anybody seen much of him?
{Ed025's Note - sam bryan is a decent player PB, now that bristol city are out of the cup im sure he would be available but he would be a gamble, in my view we should be looking for someone with a bit more experience mate..

He would certainly be worth the gamble imo. He's probably one of the best two footed players I've ever seen. Saying that seamus was a HUGE! Gamble wasn't he and he certainly paid off. Do you have any idea of what sort of fee they would be looking for ED?
{Ed025's Note - i would be guessing sir loin, my trepidation would be that we have a quite a few youngsters in the team and i would like someone with more experience at the top level myself, its not that i dont think he would improve us though mate..

Had a good look at Joe Bryan last night, he looks a decent player but I thought he could of been stronger against Walker that lead to City's second goal just before half time, probably better than what we have at this moment but maybe we should set our standards a bit higher, at 5 mil could be worth taking a risk, looks very athletic and comfortable on the ball and he is Left footed!

A gamble of any description would have to be a trade up on Martina. Someone with a left foot for a start. He’s looked decent when I’ve seen him and worth a pint at 7mill mark. Hope it gets done!

Yeah I suppose it would be a gamble but then so is any player at any price. Just look at davy klassen although he hasn't exactly been used properly.
Haha yeah £60k isn't exactly a gamble but it was in the sense that he was essentially a Sunday league player and we are a prem team.
