According to Tonka he is but can't see it anywhere, seen some of his posts so if take it with a pinch of salt.

He's also said big dunc was getting replaced by Graham stuart, our top targets where lanzini and mandzukic and michael o Neil was nailed on for managers job so I think that pretty much answers that.
