Is Felli free from his cautions? I thought he was on 9 going into this. There was a cut off but I'm not sure when it is. Can anyone answer for me??

The cutoff was Sunday, so the 9 yellows he had were erased

There was an amnesty yesterday, all PL players back to 0 yellow cards.
