It is apparent that Chelsea want to sell lukaku however are impressed with how Everton nurtured him, they know if Everton buy him they would have used large majority of their budget, this being said it makes mourinho more likely to loan Everton players with Van Ginkel mentioned - Ba may also rn offered to us for a minimal fee

Van ginkel will not be loaned out and demba ba will not be joining everton, kets be grateful for that

Mournino isn't as nice as you think. He's going to try and use Lukaku as bait to get Barkley!
