Kone head that's because it's a job mate always has been always will be. Let's just say you was a roofers labourer an he paid you £300 a week and the man down the road from you is a roofer too but said I want you to come and be my labourer an I will pay u £500 a week would u say no because you want to work for your boss I think not my friend.

Questionable reasoning. For normal humans with normal jobs that example works because we get paid regular amounts of money and a change in pay that big makes a huge effect. But once your already on 50K a week, what difference does it make?
