Tottenham can offer Champions Legue football AND the bright lights of Lodon. That makes it a no-brainer for many players - especially foreign ones. C"est la vie.

Disappointed that we've not signed any of the big names that have been thrown about recently but, at the same time, I'm not at all disappointed about Sissoko.

To me, this felt like a bit of a panic buy and doesn't seem the attitude of the player has improved from last season either.

Koeman's bought very good players over the course of the summer, now let's see how the team does and then look to strengthen in January, if need be.

Slimani? Leicester have champions league to offer, we don't. Sissoko? Stitched us up like a kipper, turned his phone off and ran to the big smoke. Again, champs league for him at spurs. Luiz? haha really? Wilshire? Spends more time with the physio's, we would never be interested. Alonso? Big player? Not even worth a comment on him really.
