As long as we have a strategy under a long-term DoF, then imho a head-coach coming in for just a few years might not be too bad.
However, I’d prefer the pairing (DoF alongside head-coach) to be give 3-to-5 years to get things right. I just hope that we (the pans) have the patience for that timeframe.
