He's good but he's not what we need ATM, we need a proven 20 goal a season striker like Negredo.

He may of scored 22 in 1 season but we need someone who can do it season after season, look at jelavic and yakubu, banging them in their first season and not much after that

These consistent 20-goals-a-season strikers cost money, big money. There aren't ten a penny. Look at the PL this season and only 3 players have scored over 20 goals, 2 of them strikers or CF's RVP and ratboy. The other is a Gareth Bale. Negredo wouldn't be a sure thing, he'd be a gamble like any other for the money we have.

Yes, he isn't proven but the lad is only 18 and has huge potential
