Against Barnsley can we at least have a go? Play Joel, Besic and maybe a Mcaleny or Ledson but still keep in a senior Centre Back and put out a fairly strong team. Please, before my life ends can I see us win a trophy?.

No disrespect to barnsley, but we should be able to mix it up with youth and still win the game. It's the perfect opportunity to see the youth in a competitive game. Anyone remember arsenal getting to the league cup final without a 1st player getting a game until the final.they even beat us 4-0 on their way to final. Perfect opportunity to see the likes of, ledson,henen,browning and dowell get playing time.

All for giving youth a chance but sod that just go out there and smash teams! make a statement and show them why we are a premiership club! hammer them 4 or 5 and move onto the next round. bring the kids on with 20 mins left with the game wrapped up

Given our league fixtures, I feel that we should put out the strongest side possible and all being well get the result we need. This should then generate some confidence to press on in the league.
