One thing that just popped into my head.

Is our new stadium going to be ours or is it for the commonwealth games bid and we get have before/ after?

The 50,000 seats could be with a running track with retractable seats to incease capacity for football.

I've been watching some of the South American world cup qualifying games. The stadiums have running tracks around them and the supporters are miles from the pitch. Can't let that happen otherwise "New Goodison" will have no character. Can't see how retractable seats would work since the permanent seats would still have to be a long way from the pitch. If Everton is going to pay for the ground then it should be a football stadium and not a joint one.
