I personally believe Ronald Koeman has lost the players. I think it all stems when he treated Niasse very badly, publicly shaming the poor lad. He has also made an example of Ross Barkly by his comments. Mirallas also seems to be on the end of stick from Koeman. Poor old Lookman don't know what the young lad has done, except give the ball away in one game and has disappeared. We all know Koeman was a superstar when he played, but I think his people skills have a lot to be left desired. I honestly believe he has lost the players and he needs his contract terminated. I look at moyes and all the players gave 100% nearly every game. If he is sacked I also think Barkley stays! I would replace him with David Unsworth as he has a grip on all the players. Then see where it goes from there. But one way or another Koeman has to go.

You could add McCarthy to that list Aussie Toffee. It seems everyone thought at the beginning it was Koeman just picking the players that he didn't rate for the future. Not giving them game time and letting it known they weren't in his plans.

Now it actually looks like his man management and attitude towards players is ignorant at best. This comes from someone who wanted Koeman and thought he would be good for the club.

In hindsight it looks like the group of people feeling the wrought of Koeman is growing to the determent of the club. McCarthy, Barkley, Niasse, Mirallas, Lookman have all seemed to of gotten hard times from Koeman. You could even add Davies to that list who in my opinion is getting a raw deal also.

Koeman needs to turn things around. The ever so humble Niasse who got treated the worst by Koeman saved his bacon a couple of week ago. Who will save him now? Only himself as far as I can see. Maybe its too late for that.

How is this for a theory!
The board as always at Everton are a total joke BUT perhaps they realise RK must go but are being clever .
If they sac him today it means the incoming manager which would have to be DU and JR ( as it will take too long to get in anyone else) would then possibly get off to a horrendous start ( especially as Moshri said he expects to loose to big clubs ) eh we were once big!
Therefore by waiting till the next few fixtures are out the way which they expect us to loose then bring in DU when there are more realistic fixtures!
I would not be suprised if DU has already been given the nod to get ready!

Remember this is a man who wiped his n**e on the German flag after Holland beat them in 1988 I think it was. Classy to the last.
