I've been thinking this a while and I've finally decided to announce my thought to the world. Reason because I'm getting ticked off with it all. We sacked Martinez because he made "poor decisions" we then sacked Koeman because of his "bad decisions" we now aren't going to give Unsworth the job due to "bad decisions? " What if the team is just crap, plain and simple. Crap team with crap attitudes. Cant/ Wont adjust or accept decisions off the boss. Or simpler still just can't do it because they aren't good enough.

Here's a thought. When a woman can't hold a relationship down and she's had 10 of them. It's always the man's fault and then, we as men are stereotyped as bas**rd's. But how can it always be the man's fault the common denominator is the woman. The fault has to be with the woman the majority of the time it can't possibly be the mans fault all of the time, and it's the same at Everton with the players.

Another way to look at it. For arguments sake let's say we got Diego Simeone and the team still flops. Are we going to say it's Simeone's bad decision making and tactics. He's already proven he's one of the best managers in the world. Yet he'll still get the blame end up sacked and we'll find another manager and it carries on and on until finally it works for a few seasons maybe. Then the cycle continues.
I'm not sure what's going on at Everton but it's beyond ridiculous. We are a joke right now an absolute joke.

Too general. Martinez couldn’t coach a defence. Koeman couldn’t find his best 11 due to probably poor recruitment last summer. Your point on Simeone is pure conjecture. There are some players that need to up their game. But they aren’t bad players they are just all off form.

Tom Davies. Showed he was good enough back end of last season
Schneiderlin. Same as Tom
Gueye. Same as Schneiderlin

Then there are the players who are new but caught up in all this negativity and poor form. New manager will have a fresh outlook and probably find his best 11 and then we will start to clime the table. FM says we’re close to getting him so a little more waiting and we will all have an appointment to get behind.

Toffee which is why immediately we need a Allerdyce = discipline = Rooney do as you are told = Players in position. Look at the ridiculousness of Martina, a cast off, can't play at RB. can't defend, yet last night and the other he is played at LB. Is Garbutt really that crap (reports state otherwise) or is there a culture of senior player power now at the Club.

Toffee. Common denominator between Martinez and Koeman, would not drop their supposed best players (Senior players) even when to the rest of us they were out of form. In my opinion (cannot believe I am saying this) Koeman in the end was worse because pride got in the way of professionalism, mega no 10's everyone saw it, yet square pegs had to fit into round holes.

Koeman was undoubtedly the worse manager. Martinez's legacy was to leave us with a striker that we got £90 million for, Koeman on the other hand wasted the largest transfer war chest in the clubs history, signed too many similar players, persisted in pursuing Sigurdsson even though the asking price spiralled
out of control and sold our main goal scorer without having an adequate replacement in place.

Not getting a striker wasn't Koemans fault. He basically asked the board on live tv many times saying we need a Striker. Personally I think Walsh is to blame. Talking of Walsh I don't know why but I can't see this Leipzig Director of football Ralf Rangnick working under Walsh. I think he's going to want full control being that he has a keen eye for talent and sound for making little clubs big. Although he doesn't have any English Premiership experience as it's all been German and Austrian. I do think he will fit in well and do a good job at Everton. German football isn't exactly soft tackling and the style is quite organised.
I think he'd be a good candidate but as I said earlier. I just can't see him working well with Walsh.

Mowfee82 can you explain why both of our last managers had 2 brilliant first seasons and then bad after that?

Maybe its because they are bad. Way I see it. Martinez inherited Moyes squad and that's mainly why he had a good opening season.

Koeman sorted defense out in his first season. Then tried to build a team more less from scratch. He failed miserably. He can't build a new team and that's why he was let go.

If Simeone came we would be top 6 guaranteed.

Ducksflysouth yes I agree that those are Allerdice’ strengths. I’m not adverse to him coming in if he is needed. But we’re not bottom and it’s not Christmas for a month. There are a few options still, I believe, before we need to call him in.

On your other point, they definitely had their favourites and picked them over form sometimes. This often happens when you are trying to play the players you bring into the club into form. But all it does is turn the fans against you. Then when that happens there is usually one outcome.
