People saying we moan when Everton didn't have money and now we are moaning when we do. The thing is spending whatever money responsibly is key. Just chucking money at players irresponsibly is disgusting and 50 million on an unproven player is a total punt. If it was the 90 mill paid for that tit who just left Madrid. At least you know what your getting.

It is too much money but practically every fee those last 2 years has been the same. He may have faded in the second half of the season but still had more shots, dribbles and passes in the final third than anyone we had.

Richarlison is a player who last scored a goal for Watford on November 19, and didn't supply an assist after December 12, however . He is 21, Brazilian, Premier League experience, fast, direct, skilful did I mention he was fast? and wants to come to Everton and play for our Manager wearing the Royal Blue Shirt. Are you lot mad. I'm not saying he's rubbish. But 50 million I thought we bought in Brands to stop this chaos. If we are paying compensation for some strange reason for not tapping up on Silva then that's an evaluation of 35 million. Marco must think very highly of him. Genuine question was he in the Brazilian squad at the World Cup.
I hope the dude is brilliant, but that is stupid money when I'm sure there's other quick wingers out there like Lookman. And why hasn't Lookman bought into the new plan. What can't Brands do to convince him to stay.

Leroy Sane wasn’t in Germany World Cup squad but still one of the best players I saw in prem last year, Richarlison is a good player and at 21 has lots of potential don’t forget when he signed for Watford last summer he was still in middle of Brazilian season so may explain some dip in form after first 20 games he had no rest and the man who got him playing was then sacked, I trust Marco’s judgment, also glad Niasse is staying offers so much from bench and has great attitude I think he can chip in with a dozen goals.

Mowfee it’s not whether I rate him or not, it’s what the management think. If they believe they can bring in a better player in that position then who am I to argue. At the moment Lookman is all potential. Would I like to keep him, yes. But as I’ve said it’s not my decision mate.
