After been offered tickets for the Merseyside Derby going over with a few mates only problem is they’re all kopites so I’m going to be stuck in the middle of all the reds just wondering has anyone here done this before and should it be okay?

yeah its fine mate, not as bad as everyone says it will be (yeno the usual thrown out etc etc) just don't do anything stupid and its fine.

Cheers boys, also wondering about the home games it’s been about 2 years since I’ve got over to the Grand Old Lady do the players still drive to the grounds and sign autographs get pictures on the way in? Going over to the Crystal Palace game on the 21st.

If your mates are good mates they will look after you. I have been to many derbies and stood on the Kop with all the kopites. Never had trouble. We are the only two clubs who can stand next to each other without a punch up. As wb says don't do anything daft, but certainly jump up and down when we get the winner and then duck lol.
