New stadium to have a smaller capacity. think we’re missing a massive PR stunt here, build it big and make it more affordable, ie child free if your have an adult season ticket. Get the next generation and make us truly a people’s club. We all know tickets sales have little impact on the running of the club, so with the exception of infrastructure and staffing demands I can’t see a problem building something really special. There are endless opportunities to milk it. I myself don't get up as much as I’d like as getting two/ three together is difficult, how many more are the same. I think goodison max attendance was nearly 90,000. What do you all think.

{Ed002's Note - That is not how it works.}

A lot of stadiums throughout Europe have massive capacities, even less successful teams. A lot of the German clubs I believe have realatively cheap tickets. This I thought would be a good idea making us stand out from the rest and hopefully gaining a larger fan base.

{Ed002's Note - No, Everton will not be building a 90,000 seat stadium and selling cheap seats.}

Thanks Ed for the reply, been keeping up with the developments regarding the stadium, was just throwing an idea out.

{Ed002's Note - It is not an option Rich. Right now in terms of moving in there is a further delay pushing it out to 2023 at the earliest and possibly 2024.}

That delays to do with funding or planning permission? Or the actual logistics of building it more complex than had been originally thought?
