So we've been charged with breach of ffp rules. Here we go.

They just don't like us.

Be next season at least before this is over.
Everton can appeal any decision whenever it transpires.

We haven't been charged - we've been referred to the judiciary panel. Let's just wait and see.

Although, knowing our luck, the panel will be made up of Dalgleish, Carragher and Gerrard!

Was wondering if one of the Ed’s could shed some light on this?

I understand that there were issues and Burnley and Leeds complained yet the premier league said we’d not breached the rules - unsure how as we all know how much we’ve spent.

However if premier league said no wrongdoing - why is this now being brought up?

Thanks.

{Ed002's Note - It is nothing to do with Burnley or Leeds. I have tried to explain over recent years the issues that the club has, their feeble excuses about non compliance and what will happen.}

They're so pissed off at Man City, they're going to take it out on you. It's pitiful really. I hope you get through it because it really isn't fair in my view.

I don't care who they are pissed off with, this is all a result of extremely poor management of the club by Moshiri and Kenwright and the other members of the board responsible for our accounts. We are a shambles and the sooner they get out of our club the better. The only ones who will suffer from all of this is the supporters.

Sorry Ed, was not suggesting it had anything to do with Burnley or Leeds, but was pointing out that they’d complained to the premier league regards our spending as we were all fighting relegation last season, however the fa or premier league felt we’d done nothing wrong so no punishment.

Just wondering what has changed now for this to have been brought up again when previously even though we all know how bad we’ve spent money it was not thought to be a problem.

{Ed002's Note - I have explained repeatedly about both the problem and the potential consequences.}

Need to stop with the woe is me and they have it in for us. It is the consequence of a Chairman wanting to hold onto his trainset and with that in mind, hunting for an investor that would allow him that will. Moshri knows F'all about football, lustens to advisors that care nought about EFC and his Boss is banished.

For all the 'everyone's picking on us' brigade just look at our financials the last 3 to 4 years

We are the worse run club and, unfortunately. it was always going to bite us in the arse eventually

Did any you of honestly believe the crap coming out of Moshiri and the Board?

But they do have it in for us.

As BW has pointed out the spending has way got out of control don't understand why some fans assume were getting picked on yet its are board that have totally screwed up somewhere but hopefully the case can get resolved as soon as possible and see what the outcome is.

we have not been charged, the FA have just asked for a revue.

{Ed002's Note - Some sort of song and dance show? That will be fun.}

Stone, we can't blame anyone but our owner and board for this, got nothing to do with City at all. Our board and owner have been the architect's of our own demise all on their own.
