Heard we are in for Parolo but it could just be all talk.

Before everyone gets carried away with big money signings. We still should be in the market for bargains remember for every Niasse there is a Coleman.

I agree with this completely. Even bright young English talent. Probably not the best time to mention the chap but I think man city picked Joe hart up for £600,000. Young English talent at the time that grew into one of England's best keepers.

Anyone else sick of the London club bias of ITV's Euro16 coverage.
I'm surprised Stones marking hasn't been blamed for the Russian goal and Barkley's lack of creativity for Kane's poor performance.

Looking forward to seeing Shani Tarashaj for the Swiss today, I doubt he will start but hope he will figure at some point. In itself is interesting as that might be his role in his first season with us.
Only I couldn't help notice his name is no longer listed on the official website, maybe I've missed something or they have.

Good to hear that goodison is getting a revamp. However I would have welcomed an improvement in the catering.
There was a time when goodison had the finest Eccles cakes in the land, the food on offer now doesn't even look biodegradable let alone edible.

Made me laugh that. "The finest Eccles cakes in the land. " Everton's finer years. Now it's gone to rack and ruin. You can tell a football club by her Eccles cakes. It's looking bleak.

Is he better than what we have? I'd say yes. Of those available is there anyone better? I'd say no. Conclusion is go get him!

Prefer Mirallas or Henen to be given a chance.

Surely then the key is not to waste £30million on him and structure a deal that takes into account his previous injury record. Payments being determined by appearances and other trigger events. The real complication is that you will also need to make sure you have cover for such a player, so that you don't overplay him.

il postino

{Ed002's Note - And why would Roma be interested in that? And the wages will be through the roof. And he would be taking up a place in the squad. And you need to buy someone else as "cover".}

To be fair to Rom he does seem to be the scapegoat for an under performing Belgium.

I blame Stones and Barkley both have sat by doing nothing. Just keeping with the media theme of blaming Everton players for the performances of Eire and Belgium.

He's one of the hardest working coaches in the game, a real grass roots football man, I say that as a very bitter blue. If you ever go to a youth game he's seemingly always there.

{Ed025's Note - i cant see a problem with it to be honest il postino..
