have every one forgot about jamie mackie, just like redknap did and got a load of over paid non tryers. he would be an excellent squad player who always gives 100 percent and would be really cheap.

Is this a serious suggestion u making. we releasing players from academy daily baxter Wallace Forshaw etc who are far superior in my opinion.

With whatever cash we have left over? How much cash do you think we have? The August TV payment has already been borrowed against, albeit the amount is more than last season, therefore whilst there will be some money available, it won't be available until later in the window. The only way there will be funds before is if there are sales ie. Fellaini, Baines. It's also worth bearing in mind we've had to pay out compensation as well for the new manager, and more for back room staff. Other clubs don't accept magic beans as currency.

And where are the wages coming from from all of that? As you do know don't you that free doesn't exactly mean free as they would expect big wages as well as a big signing on fee, so it's a bit of a pipe dream i'm afraid.

In my opinion we don't need that much to push on I think two big money signings:
Fer- adds depth energy and quality to CM
Aubemyang- adds pace and goals up front can also cover RW

Then a couple of cheap/free signings
Honda-either now or on a pre contract to add some creativity behind the striker
Douglas-free CB only 25 10x alcaraz great addition would push distin for a starting spot
Robels- good young keeper was ahead of de gea before he got injured
Moses (loan)-adds pace and trickery up top and covers all attacking positions.

Diame is a good back up if fer is too expensive/unavaliable and would also free up funds if aubemyang proves expensive

Why would Honda choose to sign for us on a free contract when he can probably have his pick of clubs who will offer him far more money than we could ever do.

Aubemyang will cost around £10m making him a definite potential signing for us. Seen clubs like Liverpool and Spurs linked with him. So I'd say we have a good chance actually.

No, Bill Kenwright is not thick. I can't believe how short sighted some of our fans are - we are doing things correctly, discreetly & with dignity & class, as usual. If you want an example of a club chairman who is, check out a certain Mike Ashley at Newcastle & ask yourself who you would rather have running our club!
