We were awful tonight !! Got lucky there ! Really gets to me just how negative moyes can be ! Its 1 3rd round cup game at the beginning of the season go 4-4-2 !!!!!!!!!!!!! Getting beat 1-0 at home in the cup and brings off a striker and puts one on !! So annoying, at least we won in the end with Phil Neville superstar haha.
Play like that on saturday against Man City and they will run riot ! {Ed025's Note - the man is not for moving!...we all see 4-4-2 as our optimum set up but IMWT....or so they say!

I know ed, its frustrating ! I think Fellaini and Rodwell can't play together, everyone saying there the future, i disagree, both very similar and play sideway passes all the time. Both good players but i dont see them as the future, we need one of them to attack and one defend, or play one of them in there with Osman or even Cahill.
I know were on a decent run of results but moyes must surely see that were lacking playing 1 upfront especially in the last 2 games !

I'm not completely convinced about Fellaini or Rodwell tbh.
I think they're both sluggish around the park and not busy enough in what should be the engine room.
Of course we'd like a top striker but I wonder if centre midfield could be where our real problem is?
I like keeping my eye on Felli and Rodwell now as they jog slowly around the pitch to see if they really are worth the hype.
Juries out I think.

I think it's odd that some of our 'best' players, like Felli, seem to think they should be playing their footy elsewhere at a 'bigger' club - and yet when they're in the team we're struggling.

Are there any reputable website where you can watch everton games (league or cup) that are not on normal terrestrial or sky TV?
It's so annoying that some divvy has stitched up TV rights so that we can't even buy or watch games we'd like to see!
How stupid is that? I'm standing here - probably like many others - williing to pay a fiver (or whatever) to watch all these unseen games at home - and you cant get them.
In what other business would this happen?
None.

So far ive managed to watch all league games online via streaming futegoal.com, just type everton v ?? live stream in google and theres loads, not all work though, but i havent managed to find one for the cup games.

What ever happened to the PPV service ntl had a few few years back I used that quite often was about 10-15 quid a game though.

Hi all, reports are there is a bug in the West Brom camp and they could be missing up to 12 players tonight. Up to 8 or 9 of there strongest 11. Everton team I would play tonight.

Would only look at bringing on Vellios,Billy and Baxter if we are winning the game. That way we get to rest Howard,Coleman,Baines,Distin,Jagielka,Osman,Fellaini, and Cahill. with these 8 rested add Hibbert, Rodwell, and Drenthe who all missed a couple of games at the start. As all 3 need games and we have a fresh 11 to have a real go off City. COYB.

Good team, I would be happy to see that, If we start getting bogged down in midfield take off a striker and pop in osman. I dont think saha is ready though

Baxter on loan, Saha not in squad, cant see moyes putting a youngster at centre back. Probably be Heitinga and Distin.

I agree ed, we need to start the city game with at least one recognised striker. I would play cahill and saha up front against city, cahill usually scores against them

I agree bez, we have to start with a striker against city, although you could argue that the wigan game osman and cahill did literally play as 2 strikers at times, they were both high up the pitch for long periods.
