Hi ed I was just wondering, and sorry if this question had been asked already, but is they're a very good chance of us getting honda? And what other positions do you think will strenghen? Also other posters I am thinking of registering, any name suggestions? Plus what players realistically do you think will get? Or want us to get? {Ed025's Note - at the moment there is a realistic chance of us getting honda, but as we all know, nothing is certain. myself i believe we will be looking for a centre back, two midfielders, and a forward..

Is that an extra 25 plus mil? {Ed025's Note - i dont know how it works out..

Agree0 Disagree0

If you're talking about Moyes' transfer budget the formula is:-

71100xDMB (DMB = Daveys budget)

Which is :-

0. 71 x 0 = 0

Agree0 Disagree0

Should of read 71 divided by 100

Apparently some Blackpool, Burnley and Middlesborough are trying to get oviedo on loan, my friend saw dougie freedman last month at goodison as well but might have been watching someone elsein either team, personally, I think it would be a great idea to loan oviedo out

Believable0 Unbelievable0

What if say Baines got injured? And I think he'll be higher in the pecking order next year

Agree0 Disagree0

The loan deadline has passed so it's not possible.

Agree0 Disagree0

I think a short term loan (3 months maybe) would be great for him at the start of next season. get him some playing time then bring him straight into the squad when he comes back, pending he does well

Can't see Moyes stayig beyond the end of the season a real shame that we don't have the cash and are going to be left behind by the lights of City, Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea. What we need is the councils backing and a big investment for a stadium to get ourselves an owner with a wallet! Once Moyes moves I'd like to see Martinez given a chance, think he could be good for club like us and he seems loyal, a club like Everton needs a loyal manager and stability to move forward. To say I'm happy with this season is an understatement, we have been excellent throughout and one defeat at home shows how strong the team is even when it's down to the bare bones. Strong finish now to secure our spot in Europa! COYB!

Felli will mess his career up if he goes to Russia, bad move for him if he goes there.

Couldn't care less, he thinks he is bigger than the club and no player is, when he leaves I'd rather he went to Spain or Man Utd, if he goes to Chelsea, PSG or Zenit I will hate him, it will be similar to how Arsenal fans treat Nasri, if Fellaini went To any of the second list of clubs I mentioned I will say he went for money. nothing more.

COYB!

The side I pick for next match now we don't have much to play for. I give some youngsters a chance if jags is fit I play him to. Howard Coleman. Duffy jags Baines. Mirallas Barkley Fellani. Kennedy mcAleny anichebe. Subs stones Mucha vellous long distan olviedo Gibson {Ed0o25's Note - not much to play for?...have a word mate..

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Excuse me lol what is there to play for duh? You rather see the old players instead?

Finish above Liverpool, that's what we have to play for.

COYB!

Agree0 Disagree0

All that's left to play for is pride. And to finish above the dark side (no prizes for that unfortunately). We certainly have no chance of european football.

Agree0 Disagree0

You fool nothing to play for what about still getting into Europa league not mathematically out of champions league and hey I don't want Liverpool finishing above us and still think arsenal Chelsea and spurs will drop points but need to win against Fulham to keep it going games are running out

Agree0 Disagree0

Personally, I think Pienaar deserves to be dropped as does Osman. I just wish Oviedo and Barkley would take their place as some fresh players and youth will inject something into our team.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

at the most crucial time of the season we have only won 3 points from poss 18 points in our last 6 away games and also got knocked out of fa cup by a near relegated wigan who have took our place at semi at wembley and the final at wembley. in my opinion certain very well paid people should beg to sign a new contract. tp.

Well well well, Liverpool claim there is no player bigger than there club but they just proved otherwise what a joke of a decision to just fine him and give him a course in anger management they really bottled it again but honestly I expected nothing more from them. I really hope the Fa give him a very long ban now absulute disgrace and Stevie G comments after the game and worst thing about that is he is captain of England well done again LFC you did your self proud again.

just been going over the team and the lads we have in the 30+ bracket I reckon we don't have to spend as much money as we though therefore can put what £ we do have into some quality players

mucha - taudul
howard - springthorpe
hibbert - browning
neville - touray
osman - barkley
distin - duffy
hitslsperger - lundstram
pienaar - kennedy
jagielka - hammar

the future really is looking bright throw in few more like green, vellios oviedo mcaleny long garbutt etc etc I reckon the outlay isn't going to be much as first thought when moyes leaves for pastures new the new coach will surely blood these youth players could we be looking at an everton team possible to match the 90's Manchester United team? full of youth players and matured season after season I think so both 18's and u21's are doing really well I think its a bright future for the big team throw in mirallas gibson coleman fellaini jelavic baines and some new quality signings - I truly think we will be fine excting times ahead for everton summer 2013 wil be huge

kenwiright should sack moyses today and start the process of finding a new manager. But malky mackay is not the answer we need a manager with a proven record at the highest level {Ed025's Note - can you name one that would come?..

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Like I keep saying in my posts. Rule number one in football. Get rid of someone (including the manager) AFTER you have found the replacement. We went through this in the 90's with the shame of even Andy Gray a commentator and Blue turning us down. Look at our neighbours. getting rid of Carroll before replacing him. Please do tell us who you have lined up ready to sign.

Why is it that Moyses always ruins our strikers-Johnson. Yakubu/Beattie/Jealvic.
It must be moyses who tells Jealvic to spend most of the match running the channels when he needs to be in the box

Believable0 Unbelievable0

He ruins every striker we get, strikers graveyard springs to mind, coyb he will never change, etid

Agree0 Disagree0

Johnson and Yakubu got really serious injuries while playing for Everton and never recovered from them, how is Moyes to blame for that?
Andy the Chef

Agree0 Disagree0

The problem is consistently playing 1 up front, too much pressure on 1 striker. need 2. One with speed and one who can finish!

Agree0 Disagree0

Dissagree.

AJ was good but never fit enough to put in a season long shift

Yac only ever impresses in his first season at every club

Beatie was not good enough full stop. Only lasted 5 minutes on his debut due to a head butt on the Chelsea right back

Jelly is doing what all strikers do when going through a lean spell, coming out of position for the ball. I doubt that's a moyes instruction.

If you want a striker to bang in 20 a season every season don't blame DM, blame the billionaire shareholder with the deep pockets and seemingly no interest in our great club.

Moyses will definetly be off this summer--he realises that he has to replace neville/howard/distin/heintga/hitzsperger / oviedo/osman/naismith with no real budget

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Why does Oviedo need replacing?

Hi ed just thinking but all the talk of a europa place for fair play isn't that place given to the team who has not gained qualification through league placings but has the best disciplinary in the league fulham got in a few years ago but they gained a place in the inter toto having not applied for that competition but had the best placings in the fair play after the teams above them had already got into europe signed a dissapointed blue just put back my passport will only use that for my hols now seems some of the players had the same idea at 14:55 on saturday {Ed003's Note - In simple terms yes,but only 2 countries affiliations are selected for entry into the Europa through fair play if my memory serves me right, can't remember if that is a draw or based on the International countries fair play tbh maybe a poster could help?}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Hi Ed. its the top three nations with overall highest fair play scores. England is number 1 and miles ahead. Liverpool are ironically best placed to get in. Suarez fair play Uraguayan too!
