Use our rumours form to send us everton transfer rumours.

Its great to see the team attacking from all areas the second goal was classic, fellaini linking with pienar down the right and mirralis in the middle to take the chance teams wont be able to mark anyone with variation like that. Hears a question if they carry on playing like that and are challenging for the top place by the time the jan transfer window opens what happens if are main rivals like man u, chelsea, man c or asre come in and try to buy the premeirship off us with bids for fellaini, baines or jelavich. thgfest

Believable3 Unbelievable1

We say no, unless they are willing to give us 45m for Fellaini, 35m Baines and 35m Jelavic 25m Pienaar 35m Miralass do you think we would have any takers, I dont. All these players are on long contracts so Everton will have the final say so I expect all our players to stay with maybe the addition of Donavan in Jan along with that Belgium lad with the long name we could have a really strong squad, add maybe Barkley and we could be going places.Winning the league maybe going a bit far but a champions league spot no out of the question and possibly a Cup. We need to be a bit tighter at the back, think we need Gibson or that Belgium lad to give more cover to the defence.

Dero ( Irish Blue ).

Agree0 Disagree0

Probably right dero but if they carry on playing like saterday they will still be in with chance of winning it by january, we have got to say no chance of concidering selling anyone till the summer. thgfest

I agree with most of that, but whilst Big Vic has a bit of momentum i would start him again. Clearly a player that has some confidence issues. Would definitely like to see Junior get a run out as haven't seen him play yet.

I was going to rest Anichebe for Southampton but hearing that Jelavic is fit again I've changed my mind :)

Please help Ed. I live in Preston and I'm looking at getting tickets for the derby when they go on sale tomorrow. However I normally go by train from Preston to Kirkdale (via Ormskirk). But I'm looking on thetrainline and the only train on the Sunday is from Preston at 09:03 and arriving at Kirkdale at 12:19 (it has 3 changes which include a bus, walking and a train) - I can't take that for the fact it has 3 changes and takes about 3h 15min (to be precise). Even if I did take that train, the only train back leaves Kirkdale at 21:xx and arrives in Preston at 00:58, so yeah I have a problem.

Do you know of anything else I can do Ed or fellow posters? I'm looking at Preston to Liverpool Lime Street trains which are running regularly, although it means going via Manchester Victoria. So let's say I took the Preston to Liverpool Lime Street option, how would I get to Goodison and then back to Lime Street

Please bear in mind I'm 15 years old going on my own, so the option of driving would not be viable unfortunately. Or will there will be trains going on at the times that aren't listed on thetrainline?

Keith EFC. {Ed025's Note - its a tough one keith...you can get loads of buses from goodison into town mate...which is where lime st is, but we have a lot of preston based blues, like wiz etc...i hope they can offer you an alternative, and im sure together we can work something out..

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Hey Keith, Its not often I can afford to get to the games now with having 4 kids and all the costs that go with it, so I have to pick and choose them. If I manage to get hold of a ticket, Ill happily pick you up and drop you home afterwards. I live in Blackpool so will come right by Preston on my way. Offer is open to any other Blackpool/Kirkham/Preston based blues needing transport for the derby also. I drive a 7 seater so can fit up to six extra blues, if youre happy to chip in on cost of car parking.

Blue Dazzle {Ed025's Note - thats very nice of you dazzle...well done mate, i love the way the boys pull together in time of need...cheers..

Just wanted to say a few things about the season so far!

First of all congratulations to DM, this time last yr people were screaming for his head and calling for Mark Hughes,Brendan Rodgers (among others). As things stand and despite spending significantly less money Moyes has more points in the bag than those 2 together! So shame on anyone that thought DM should go....

Without spending huge money, instead merely 'juggling' our finances, and making some inspired signings. DM has transformed an ageing and perhaps tired team into a more youthful, hungry team that are brimming with confidence and playing great football. So lets all hope he signs a new contract!!

As for the team... I am disappointed that we didnt manage to sign that Belgian central midfielder as I feel it is our only really weak area at the moment. Despite Phil and Ossie doing a decent job there imo... The sooner Gibson is back the better. Am delighted for Big Vic, no matter what anyone says I think he still has the potential to be a great player for us...

However, I was just wondering what people feel about the prospect of Donovan coming on loan again? Do we need him now? Or should we look to strengthen in the middle? I love Landon and would love him back just not sure if it is right move this time...
Any thoughts?

Who cares

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh come on! Take off your blue tinted glasses, Liverpool deserved to win that. Just because they are rivals, it's bad for football that teams are being done over so badly by the ref, they actually played well this time! Terrible reffing. {Ed025's Note - listen mate...dont come on here looking for sympathy after the newcastle game...fact is, you were not good enough to beat one of the poorest united side in years..

Agree0 Disagree0

We need those bottom teams like the r/s to take points off our title rivals! Blue Lee

Ed that's a harsh statement to make, why are you assuming I'm a Liverpool supporter just because I am pointing out some facts? Im not so blided by hate for our rivals that i wont point out injustice when its done. The Newcastle game was also shocking, but we're not talking about that. I'm just being realistic and honest

Agree0 Disagree0

Nice 1 Lee! Lol BlueTone

Agree0 Disagree0

I just don't understand why you make that statement on the Everton site. Everton are doing awesome, and yet people seem more intent to talk about the Liverpool result.

To be honest, I DONT CARE what happens to Liverpool if Everton aren't involved. For me, Liverpool fans didn't give a toss what happened during the Newcastle game and I don't give a toss about the Liverpool game. {Ed025's Note - im with you mate..

So come on, how many of us predicted Coleman to come in? Its funny how despite being here for 10 years, we all have much trouble trying to predict Moyes' starting 11!

Fellow blues, I've been offered a ticket for the game next Saturday in the main stand. Only problem is I've broke my lag playing footy, and having had metal rid inserted in my leg I haven't got a cast but still need to use crutches. Any one know if there are escalators or a lift in the ground to help me get up and down as don't really fancy hoping up all those steps. Any info would be great! Cheers

My last post about Arteta and a fit and sharp Yakubu.
This would be a team!!

Howard

Coleman Heitinga Jagielka Baines

Mirallas Fellaini Arteta Pienaar

Yakubu Jelavic

Just a thought lads. Imagine we still had Arteta in our midfield at the moment!? and maybe a fit and lean Yakubu at his best, I know he had his critics but at his best he was class 23 goals in his first season. We would be dead certs for Champs League {Ed025's Note - i agree with the arteta shout, but think jelly is far better than the yak mate..

Believable1 Unbelievable2

Yes Jelavic is miles better than Yakubu ed. Nothing wrong with having both of them though? {Ed025's Note - i suppose not mate..

I want a good cup run this season so would like a strong enough side against Leeds to get us through, although at the same time I would like a couple of key players rested.

Howard

Coleman Heitinga Distin Baines

Naismith Osman Ovieda Gueye

Mirallas Anichebe

Ovieda came on in centre midfield yesterday and looked comfortable, albeit the game was over but I'd give him a start there and see how he does

Rest Jags, Fellaini and Pienaar {Ed025's Note - good side that mate, and more than enough to see off leeds..
