Said in the press conference when Martinez came, that he wouldn't ask for champions league and then not back him. he wil only back him when he sells felliani. when are fans guna take him to task about what he actually says. the man makes me sick. said he felt raped by the blue union in 2011. no everton chairman should use terms like that concerning football matters. the blue union were wrong in there methods. but they are right about kenwright he's trips over himself time and again

What do you want, keep Baines and Felli, or sell them just so we can sign a player such as Negredo?

If you have world class players, you need to keep them before anything else happens.

After listening the agm meeting, it sounds like we are well and truly skint. No signings will be made until players are sold. With some money going to agents, wages, bank then money for transfer. Not feeling good IMO

Just a little point on wages. If we sign players in June we will be paying the wages for June. If we sign 5 players that could generate 200,000 p/w or 800,000 p/m in wages whilst they are on holiday.

By signing players in later august we could be saving 2.4 mil which could be another signing or fund a couple of free signings. We don't have a big budget so 2.4 mil could mean a big difference.

I'm a big fan of getting players in for preseason together but if we could squeeze another couple of players I'd be willing to wait.

But what if that means we miss out on our main targets? I would rather us sign 3 players that RM really wants, as appossed to 4/5 that were second choices. Blue Lee

If he got his main targets first, then any others which we could get cheap then add later on

No matter when we sign a player, it can be in the contract that we start paying them on a set date, we could sign someone 2moro and state they don't get a wage from the 1st august

In Southport now and just saw Alex Song walking down Chapel Street. Now I know he has family in Liverpool and is very close to Rigobert and his family (who live in Liverpool) but he has been linked with a move back to PL and has had a bust up with Pique who I can't see them selling. Also can't get into the Barca side, maybe a loan move perhaps? Or s**** might be interested. Take it with a pinch of salt though, could have just came over to see his family.

This is the little bit I know. Bill has made around £10m available now. Martinez has identified the forward type area this needs investing in! At the moment he would like Kone and Honda if he can get the two for 10m! Then Bill will make about 3/4 of all funds raised from sales available spend. If Fellaini and Heitinga go which is likely Roberts will get about 20m to spend. Out of this he will need a central midfielder as that is what he treats Fellaini as and a centre back! And with the rest he wants another striker as he wants plenty of competition!

Fellaini out for 25 mill

Fer, Honda and a decent striker (Bony, Remy, Negredo, or Soldado) in for a combined fee of around 25 mill.

I think all the various sites just rehash each others stories. So repitition doesn't necessarily mean truth.

We will see how obtuse and contrite our chairman is tonight, well over a thousand are expected.

Seriously, if Bill wasn't an Evertonian he would've been run out of town years ago.

BK will probably point out that the club wasn't worth £22mil 15 years ago but it is easily worth the £120mil you mention now.

He'd also point out we had an old squad that you wouldn't get 20p for when he took over but now we have players on buy out clauses of £24mil.

Again he'd point out that instead of finishing 4th from bottom when he took over we now finish 6th in the league and have been regular visitors to Wembley over the past few years.
