How did we not win that game? Absolutely smashed them off the park in the second half. Also Marouane Fellaini is world class.

ToffeeMike {Ed02h5's Note - another one that got away mike...seems to be happening a lot lately mate..

The commentators back here in Australia have said Baines may have done a Hammy. Please confirm that this is crap.

Aussie Toffee.

Ps Where is Mirallas with his Hammy. Naismith is not as good as he should be at the moment. {Ed025's Note - im afraid he has got an injury aussie, and will probably miss the city game...but how bad it is we wont know till at least tomorrow mate..

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The club say's that he's a doubt for Saturday. Not good

ToffeeMike

Agree0 Disagree0

Wait are you talking about Baines or Mirallad being a doubt?

BitterBlue {Ed007's Note - As far as I know Baines is out injured but Mirallas should be fit for the weekend.}

Agree0 Disagree0

I was sat in the Joe Mercer suite and Mirallas was there he said hes back for City.

Bossed that game but yet another draw we are slipping away from the champs league place have to start turning these draws into win!

Believable1 Unbelievable0

I thought we were denied another stone-wall penalty and should have won. Still, it's not a bad result given we were 1 down so early on. Davey needs to have a quiet word with the powers that be because that's at least 5 big decisions that have gone against us already and cost us several points. But we're starting to get some important players back and hopefully we will kick on from here.

Heisenberg {Ed025's Note - were not losing mate, which is a plus...and with a couple of players back, the future still looks good to me..

I can't stand the sight of Mikel Arteta.............

in an Arsenal shirt, it really depresses me.
I don't wish the bloke any harm but I hope he has a stinker tonight, I couldn't bear it if he scored. 1eyed olly

Right, here we go then. A few pre match snifters then off to the Old Lady to watch my beloved Blues. I've got a good feeling about this one. Hopefully Moyes has given them a right roasting after the last performance, COYB.

The official site states Mirallas has a hamstring injury and his comeback date is unknown. Hope he's in though will cause them some problems

originally mirillas was said to be out for 3 weeks but they said it wasn't as bad as they first thought. now 2 and a half weeks later he isn't training and gibson is only a possibility for the bench!! what do we do ?? really hope we have enough to win tonight. think we need to be winning by 60/70 mins as then we'll get tired and we don't have enough on the bench to change the game (look at norwich on saturday, no sub til they scored and we only brought on vellios who is hardly an impact player) still confident of 3 points tonight though

Believable2 Unbelievable0

28 Nov 2012 22:03:19
vellios : how do you make an impact in 3 mins?, Moyes got it wrong sat end of he does make mistakes ie lpool games etc, but we should of been well clear of norwich by then.

Moyes to talk about his future in the New Year after the transfer window has closed. He wants to see what we're going to do, and where we're looking to move to in the future. The board needs to back him in Jan and hopefully try to bring investment in from somewhere.

Believable3 Unbelievable3

Moyes sure thinks he is something special doesn't he? What club does ''The Messiah'' think he will get if he leaves here, because he will never manage a bigger club than Everton. So it is either sign a new contract or leave to go to a mickey mouse club. They are the only choices he has.

Mike can you not work out that what he is doing is for the good of the team, he is holding out for transfer money

Degsy

Agree0 Disagree0

I know that Degsy, but you don't have to be the 'Brain of Britain' to know we don't have much money. Surely Moyes knows that as well. So he either wants to stay or he doesn't. If he does, then sign the contract, if he doesn't then he should just leave to the mickey mouse club of his choice.

I don't believe the rumours about Jelavic causing friction in the team.Do you blues honestly think Moyes would put up with that crap? well i certainly don't Moyes is too clever to let a row between two players upset our good start this season.People are always saying on hear don't believe the crap you read in the papers, has it got nothing to do with the fact that the jellyman just hit a bit of bad form lately and that lets be honest the service to him has not been great this season so far, example when Naismith and Jelavic broke two on one the weekend against Norwich the pass across to Jelavic was woeful it should of been set up for a simple tap in but instead was ballooned by passed him.I hope Jelavic scores a handful tonight against the gunners and puts all this crap to bed once and for all.Stef the blue
