Ed am a little confused on all this raciest stuff at the moment because if a fan says raciest stuff your banned for life, if your in a work place you get sacked, there saying if clattenburg is found guilty he will get sacked from being a ref so why are players different, to me its like saying footballers are allowed to do as they wish and higher than society. To me racism is racism and everybody should be dealt with the same, people will say suarez and terrys racism was different but they were both found guilty and should be sacked, if an Everton player ever got found guilty of racism there is know way i would want them at our club, so ED can you tell me why footballers are better than society and only get silly little bans instead of sacked. Terry blue {Ed025's Note - its all way above my head terry..

In employment, your not forced to sack someone, it's just the done thing to show its not acceptable and acts like a bit of compo o the victim, can you imagin players using it to get out of there contracts to leave for free to other clubs, would add a interesting twist to the game

Clattenberg works as an official for the FA so they have the power to sack him if he's doing something wrong, suarez and terry is down to there clubs and like the post above said if u start sacking players for those reasons then thousands of players will look for an easy way out although its a strange wy to do it but pro footballers have no morals say nothing surprises me with how they act

Or the The club, the FA and Fifa could get together and revoke their licence to play professional football.

mirrillas has a 'chance' of making the game vs fulham tomorrow. gibson still won't be fit. on efc website. what is taking gibson so long? what are we doing to him? been a lot longer than the 4 weeks suggested. i do find it annoying how he was rated 50/50 for the bench vs qpr and liverpool and now has no chance this weekend. it seems our plays are always out longer than expected (with the exception of fellaini's recent injury). but with pienaar back that will help. my team tommorrow is

howard
coleman jagielka heitinga (but it'll be distin) baines
mirillas neville osman pienaar
fellain
jelavic (who desperately needs a goal at the mintue)

without mirillas play naismith. either as rm or drop felli back, put osman on the right and naismith behind jelavic.

coyb 3 points needed

It's going to be another West Brom I can feel it in my bones. 2-0 Fulham. They're scoring at will, almost, we are leaking goals at a frightening rate.

Its such a hard game to call this one, Fulham are a good team but so are we so a draw wouldnt be a bad thing a win would be amazing, on are day we can beat anybody but i am little bit worried about are defence tho. Terry blue {Ed025's Note - it will be a very tough game terry, they are a very strong side, especially at home, so if we get a point i will be made up, three and im doing handstands mate..

Agree0 Disagree0

The responsibility for leaking goals isn't only directly attributable to the defenders but, as previously posted, the weaknesses in the midfield combination of Neville and Ossie.
Whilst Ossie has ball skills and is an asset when either Gibson or Fellaini are playing the holding midfield spot, the midfield is lacking in pace and muscle with the Neville/Ossie combination.
If you look at the goals conceded against QPR, Newcastle, Wigan and Liverpool, majority are as a result of breaks from midfield with both Phil and Ossie struggling to keep up with play and Jags and Distin pulled out of position to try and counter.
Imo Fellaini needs to play CM at least until Gibson is fit because we have options and flexibility in attacking with Mirallas, Naismith and Osman who can all interchange position and the threat down the left with Baines and Pienaar.
I sometimes think DM and the coaching staff have an inherit fear of change.
Fancy Smith {Ed025's Note - all fair points fancy...i agree that we need to beef up the midfield mate..

would normally take a draw at fulham away but after 3 consecutive draws we need to need to get back to winning ways especially with a tricky(ish) december coming up. would love all 3 points as usual but a point against a good fulham side down there would be a decent result. if super kev is fit i think we can come away with all 3 and if gibbo makes the bench it should give the lads an extra lift. coyb

Listen fellas (and ladies) all this crap needs to stop with us and the kopites! The derby is well gone move on! Meself I can't stand the reds I hate them. But when it comes to the fans it's a different matter' ok they have a few persons. But so do we. Me son and wife both reds(it kills me) me and me daughter we are everton sth. Now most of us no that if you went into the local boozer you lot that are giving it billy big balls on here would not say a word outta line. So plzzz can we drop all this rubbish coz weather you like it or not when it comes to blues and reds most family's and households have both Nuff said ... LIAM!...COYB!

Believable4 Unbelievable4

I don't no of many households who are both reds and blues
I think this is an excuse cos your lad chose the dark side, it is very rare that if the parents support lfc the kids support efc, but the other way around is more common. Glory hunters I myself would not allow it. COYB

Agree0 Disagree0

Have you sent a copy to reds page ..?

Agree0 Disagree0

Think that's a bit OTT myself, a bit of banter never hurt anyone. And I've been in the local boozer since where the majority are reds and I've told em straight what I think. Like I said no harm in a bit of banter

Agree0 Disagree0

To add to my OTT post, I do think, however, that it's time to move on from the derby result and what Gerrard has said, since he's apologised and it's in the past now. But when you have immature kopites coming on here bitching and moaning then you either react or take it with a pinch of salt. As I've stated there's nothing wrong with giving a bit back as long as it doesn't go too far.
