First post here so I'll keep it simple (I understand we are very limited in money but here goes)

Ins for jan :
New CB, CM, ST as competition for jelavic

Outs:
Heitinga (sorry I love our team but he always gets caught out, and his lack of pace and physical strength just makes him a weak link)
Duffy (loan) (lad needs game time and I truly believe he is going to be a top quality CB in the future)

Phil, COYB!!

Two CB,s out and one in? Don't think so!

Second poster we would have 3 decent CB's and option to recall Duffy if needed.

We dont have the funds to have great players on the bench mate

Ed what's the deal with my post going on the dodgy rumours page. Come in dude not cool not cool. I just got off my phone to my source and he seems to think Danny Cadamarteri could be coming back on a pay as you play contract with a chance to become a coach he's even looking to buy back the house he lived in on yew tree lane west derby as a youth player. I will be back soon as u hear any more on transfers my fellow blue comrades. Once a blue always a manc erm blue sorry I ment blue.

Duncan's big chin {Ed025's Note - it went on the dodgy rumours page, because i did not see it mate...if i did..i would have deleted it in an instant..

koppites live on Sly sports yet again on Sunday, unbelievable, come on the Hammers

Believable5 Unbelievable2

Its because we are the big club who wants to watch bitter bluenoses?

Agree0 Disagree0

If "your the big club that wants to watch bitter bluenoses" Does that mean you'll all be over to watch the Spurs fixture then? You can compare our long ball game to your free flowing football that you all go on about, it may open your lots eyes to what a load of crap you lot been spouting recently.

Agree0 Disagree0

They really think they are a big club still make Ye laugh

Agree0 Disagree0

You obviously want to watch Bitter Bluenoses, why else are you on our site.

Agree0 Disagree0

Just seen in the paper that we are linked with Nacer Chadli, now dont get me wrong i want us to sign players but do we need him with mirrallas, pienaar, naismith and oviedo think we need other positions other than winger. Centre mid is a must for me or is moyes thinking about chadli behind jelavic and dropping fellaini deeper. Attacking trio of mirrallas, chadli and pienaar sounds good.

Believable3 Unbelievable1

Y haven't Everton board got the vision to back moyes in jan if we bought 3 players n spent 15 million cud really push n nail that champions league spot n would make the money back n if we don't Weil recoup on Felliani because realistically heil will move 4 champions league football anyway . We have got no business or dynamics on r board .u watch arsenal lpool spurs every club will buy because it's so close.lets hope r board realise the consequences of jan to champions league n moyes and players staying in the summer, plus tv deal pays more have abit of ambition please

Agree0 Disagree0

Chadli would be nice, but a striker and a CM are more of a priority for me.

How do you know the board are not backing Moyes in January, we do not broadcast our transfer budget like some clubs and I am pretty sure they will back him because they want to keep him

Agree0 Disagree0

As far as I'm aware Chadli is capable of playing in the middle of the park.

rangers fan here, hows wee naismith getting on not really seen many everton games i know hes scored a few one against liverpool, cracking wee player.
BALLYBOY {Ed025's Note - still finding his feet mate, shown some glimpses of skill, but seems to find the pace of the premiership tougher than i think he expected, his bad injuries will not have helped, but i still expect him to play a part in our quest for a european spot..

Believable3 Unbelievable5

Ed025 is being a bit conservative and diplomatic in his assessment there I think. He's a poor player who has no place in the EPL let alone our team. He's had a few bad injuries yes, but he doesn't look like he can cut it in this league. With a fully fit midfield he wouldn't get a look in I don't think.

Agree0 Disagree0

He may not be a Lionel Messi :-) but IMHO he's a good addition to the squad - especially as he was a free transfer to all intents and purposes. Besides, he's only been in the EPL for a few months, so give David Moyes a chance to get the most out of him - just as he always seems to do with players who come to Everton.

People are being very harsh on the lad. You need to consider the fact HE IS NOT A WINGER! I seem to recall plenty of people criticising Leon Osman whenever he was deployed on the right, but since he has been moved centrally, he has shown his true potential and as a result got a deserved call up to England.

Naismith is suited to a role behind Jelavic, unfortunately for him, he isn't going to get a crack there because of Fellaini, but you can see from his goals, he is designed to play behind the striker and make those late runs in the box. Besides the lad is just coming of a serious knee injury that sidelined him for 9 months, something Jagielka himself struggled to regain his top form and really the start of this season has rediscovered his pre-injury form.

A lot of people are being ridiculously harsh on the lad saying he is crap and garbage. He may not be a starter, but he is more than a capable option for our side, I mean he has scored something like 4 goals, must be doing something right?

Agree0 Disagree0

Naismith was a great addition to our squad and given a bit of time i'm sure we will see what he is truely capable of. I think he is being compaired to a winger with reference to his lack of speed which IMO he is not. Personally I think he is more suited to play in the middle just off the striker and is only playing RM as we are short of options at present.

Agree0 Disagree0

Naismith is one of those players who has a knack of scorin goals is overall play is of one who is cumin back from injury ,notice is three goals have cum in 6 yard box .he will score goals n will only get better it takes a good player to time his runs into the box he has that quality he doesn't hide n always gives 100 percent n most importantly will get u goals

Agree0 Disagree0

I remember some blues once said that Felli was poor and had no place in the premier league, and look how he turned out.

Agree0 Disagree0

04 Dec 2012 15:59:25
I also remember a small battle too between two posters as one was hammering Felli big time, come on all you ex Felli haters man up and say you were sorry to the big man

Agree0 Disagree0

The anti Naismith brigade is starting to pick up a bit of momentum now, sometimes i am embarassed to call myself an Evertonian when i hear people slagging our players off, it's not good and your'e not big
Big Ste Park Ender

Agree0 Disagree0

Nobody said it was big or good and I certainly wouldn't get on his back like sections of the lower Gwladys, but it's an inescapable conclusion in certain quarters that he's just not good enough... Yet. I bet if you took a poll of season ticket holders you'd get the majority saying he's not a good player. Is he playing out of position ? Yes ! Does he get the odd goal ? Yes. Is he a hard worker ? Unquestionably. But as an all round player he's Championship at best. I see the majority have also disagreed about him being a 'cracking wee player'
