Good draw for stoke at home to Newcastle today!stefc

Believable4 Unbelievable3

Whatever you want to call him, the rat-faced cheating pr*!I< that goal he scored was world class. Though the ball was Stoke-esque it was a top, clinical finish

Agree0 Disagree0

Looked like handball to me

Agree0 Disagree0

He didnt mean it he was trying to dive and f***ed it up

I think we should be looking for a long term replacement for Howard, quality keeper for us just feel he is turning into abit of a liability

Jack Butland please! Definitely worth splashing out on!

Blue Bones

Agree0 Disagree0

Tim howard flaps at long range shots plus hes crap when it comes 1 on 1 he never wins and does stupid star jumps.

Agree0 Disagree0

I'd like the look of butland to to be honest, can't see it though as he'd cost a bit, maybe with our champs league money next year ;)

I think it is vital we add 1 or 2 in january. If we can stay in reach of 4th and add to our current squad it would give the squad/supporters a massive boost.

Believable5 Unbelievable0

Agree, and I believe if that proves to be the case DM will be more inclined to sign a new contract. We're 2 or 3 players away from having a good, quality squad with some strength in depth. I'd love to see Odjidja (on loan with view to a permanent deal), Holtby for a few mil, a striker (on loan) and maybe Donovan. I think the first 3 are realistic enough, not sure about Donovan but then again neither is he it seems.

Agree0 Disagree0

4th you bitters are laughable..Davey boy will be there 30 years and you won't win nout mwah

Agree0 Disagree0

Jealousy... It's a terrible thing I would think kopite, but there you go. These things happen. You just as well get used to it, soon as last

Agree0 Disagree0

Give DM the £35m you lot spent on a donkey, and then we'll come back and talk about it. What do you say ? Still, I believe Frankel is better than Carroll

Agree0 Disagree0

Hows 13th place suiting you then mate?

Agree0 Disagree0

35m, honestly we would be very very close to winning the league

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh my goodness a kopite on here instead of supporting his team who are losing right now. Says it all...

super performance by the lads again yesterday and i don't know how we never won the game. but not many teams will get much from fulham at craven cottage and to dominate the game in the way that we did WE have to take the POSITIVES blues and stop moaning. i really thought coleman was terrific for 89 minutes of the game and i am truly gutted for the lad and i hope moyes keeps him in as our right side of coleman and mirillas looks every bit as dangerous as our left now. felli and mirillas were brilliant (signs are the super kev is going to be a very important player for us). just a note about the goals we are conceding. although i feel that we are missing gibson a lot, tim howard in goal has to take a lot of the stick. he can not give his centre halves much confidence as he rarely comes out of his six yard box and the free kick he really should have saved. the centre halves rarely no whether to stick r twist with him in goal and yet again we come away from a game saying howard had little to do but ends up picking the ball out of the net yet again!! and jelavic just needs a goal to get back on track and i am sure it will come next week. if we play like yesterday next saturday, then we'll get 5 or 6. onwards and upwards 4th after 10 games is fantastic and the longer we stay there, the more the confidence builds. Donkey Coleman costs us a goal with a minute left by going on a mazey run across the midfield and not getting rid of it before he loses it - then he tracks back to his right back position just in time to not clear it at the back post as their guy gets his foot in first - the guys a liabililty - get hibbert back and quick

Believable8 Unbelievable9

I agree that coleman cost us the second goal but for 89minutes his performance was brilliant and he defended well. him and super kev resulted in rise being subbed off. give him a chance as what message is it sending out dropping him for a couple of mistakes yet howard makes them constantly as does neville. don't make coleman the scapegoat. with coleman and mirillas our right hand side poses threats as much as our left does

Agree0 Disagree0

He's such a liability he was one of our biggest threats... Can't win with some people... Stop getting on his back and support him, he is very good going forward and is still only 22.............

TC

Agree0 Disagree0

Let's just hope he is actually learning from his mistakes. After all that's what life is about. However, I don't see it, he's consistently costing us much needed points. Come back soon please Hibbo, you're very much needed

Agree0 Disagree0

Think he's 23/24 actually TC but completely agree with you mate. the guy is learning and i think he is getting better each week and with hibbert and nevile to learn off defensively the signs are good that he can be our attacking rb long term. coyb

Agree0 Disagree0

Just to confirm he's just turned 24, he's not a kid no more, when he perhaps would have been given the benefit of the doubt. Undoubtedly he's good going forward but as a defender, and these are his own words, he shouldn't be making basic error after basic error. Yes everyone makes mistakes, but I feel Coleman makes them more often than others.

Agree0 Disagree0

You can see by looking at his body language and face that he hasn't a clue what he's meant to be doing sometimes - honestly he may have been cheap but he's gonna cost us millions if he means we miss out on champs league - sorry to be harsh but football is dog eat dog and survival of fittest - he'll still earn decent cash someone so doesn't need us to be sorry for him but he just aint good enough

Agree0 Disagree0

Ok coleman made a mistake that cost us a win it should not have mattered we should have been 4 up with misses from jeavic and naismith more responsible for droping 2 points coleman is improving every game and soon we will have the best 2 attacking full backs anywhere I think he is there to stay. tthgfest

Agree0 Disagree0

Big mistake to make though & very costly.
he ran like a headless chicken into trouble.
the guy has no composure on the ball whatsoever.what does he do in training?
You dont do what he did in the last minute of a game at any level.we must find a right back in the january window along with CM & forward/

SteWillow

Agree0 Disagree0

You r all crazy the lad has been playing really well all year he's going to be a top player for us! I can't stand so called fans ripping in to r own players the hole team has been grate so stop moaning!

Agree0 Disagree0

You what? he's awful - watch him every game - he stands in weird places instead of marking a threat - he tackles really badly giving away daft fouls - his control is often bad when receiving a pass - and that's at right back - when he plays on the wing he can occassionally get past a poor defender - but put him up against a decent defender and he can't cope and just passes the ball backwards to his right back or inside to the centre mid - he never beats a decent defender - he's a 60k player and he's going to cost us millions - he's a squad player at most - and will be out as soon as gibbo or hibbert is fit

Agree0 Disagree0

Never been a fan of Coleman but he is definitely better going forward than defending. Unfortunately when you are playing right back, you need to be able to defend. He was ball watching when the cross came in. It doesn't help when we have 27 shots and only convert two of them. A good performance is again ruined by giving away soft goals and not killing off the opposition. I thought Felli was absolute immense.

Alastair

Agree0 Disagree0

Remember the stupid tackle he made with 5 minutes to go in the semi?
look all you defending him.wake up!!
he cant do the basics. ie control the ball, pass the ball.his positioning is poor.
cant you see him for what he is.
a headless chicken with no football brain whatsoever.hurry up hibbo.

Gutted today, was my first away day. We played some of the best attacking football I have saw for a long time, dominated Fulham from the 1st minute to the last, how we conceded 2 goals and only scored 2 is a mystery!
Mirallas is some player, he has everything, pace, skill, hard working, creative and strong. Fellaini was back to his best and Osman was brilliant dictating play in the middle.
Pienaar and Baines linked up well as usual and Jagielka is up there with best centre halfs in the country!
Felt really sorry for Coleman as he will be the scapecoat for the negative blue's after his 2 mistakes for the equaliser (giving it away and then getting beat on the back post) but he was outstanding today going forward AND defending, he has really improved in the last couple of games, we all know he gets forward well but we all have concerns about his positional play and defending but today he was spot on right up until the end.
One negative is Jelavic, he looks sluggish and tired, don't know if it's a one off, hopefully it is and if he can get firing we will roll a team over soon 5-6 nil with the chances we are creating!
Again, Gibson is needed back ASAP for all our great attacking play, every time we go forward you think were going to score, but then teams are going through us in the middle with space and ease, Gibson is key in that area so can't wait till he's back.
4 draws and were still 4th, don't get too disappointed lads and girls, today is hard to take but take the positives, we are moaning about missing chances while we are sitting in 4th place with 10 games gone, last season we went 2 games without having a shot on target and we were awful to watch!!

It seems like every week we concede own goals Ithink thats now 14 in two and a half seasons as for Howard one yesterday one at villa earlier this season missing crosses i.e. southampton at home no wonder Moyes wants another keeper. No pressure on him to keep him on his toes and he frightens the life out of me what must the back four think come on Tim snap out of this crap form and get back to your usual high quality performances .Not just Tim but a few of our defence as well lets get back to clean sheets and start scaring the rest there begining to look over there shoulders its now almost december get ready for the ROYAL BLUE EXPRESS to arrive

Why are we all moaning about todays result, it was a sensational performance, Fulham are a very good side and Craven Cottege is a difficult place to get a result, we're playing great attacking football and are a joy to watch. We have so many options going forward, this is argubly the best Everton side I and im sure many of us who are not old enough to have witnessed to great side of the 80s have ever seen.

Yes we have some defensive issues, but come on lads, Remember this time last year, we we shocking to watch, nothing going forward and no spark or creativity, im now looking forward to every game and cant wait for next week.

So get behind the Moyes Freight Train, if we keep playing like that we are in for a special season!!

Good post K'

I saw the great 80's team. This is the most excited I have seen since. I think the rest of the league right now are relieved we are not as tight at the back but also are very worried that we are very likely to fix it, as we always do under DM.
