I know pre-season matches are mainly for match fitness and that but we were awful today! Totally outplayed by Blackpool even when they made 6 changes they were still better than us! The only good passage of play we mustered up was the one touch passes we made before fellanis disallowed goal! On the plus side Naismith and jelly were linking up well! Same couldn't be said for pienaar and baines today but I'm not worried about that as I know they will get back to ruling the left side once united come to visit!

Friendlys aint importent,all there for is fitness n making sure we dont get injuries

Just me or do the likes of spurs seem to have played so many more competitive games than we have in pre-season? Moyes can run them into the ground but if united turn it on and zip it about we need to have it in the tank! Games games games

Heard we look far from ready. 2 weeks till United.. How many games did we play in the time we would have been in the java cup? Because I l know Duffy and Coleman went home for 3/4 days when it was cancelled... Obviously Moyes will have things under control. Hope the lads who've just come back have stayed fit...

watching the match today and seamus coleman is no where near good enough to play for a club like everton . he is a championship player at best and would be could if we could swap him for matt phillips or paul ince

Said this since he broke through. He plays on adrenaline and heart.. Can only get you so far. Technically not good enough.

speaking to a guy on twitter and he actually gave me some news that has cleared the air . its not a takeover but they are buying robert earls 23% in the club and they are going to give 15-20 million a year for transfer kitty .He says that he trusts his source 100% and reckons the deal COULD be done next week

That would be the ticket getting rid of people on the board without disruption and kenwright still running it he is the right man to run club he just needs the capital just like the rest of us do

BK is okay as a figurehead but we need a full-time professional in charge. Young and with fresh ideas!

I've said for a long time that BK is not looking for someone to takeover or sell the club rather investment to bankroll him! So to me that part seems plausible.

However, you were talking to a guy on twitter who trusts his source 100%. I trust my dad 100% and if he told me this I guess I could claim the same.

Not saying its not true, just its been 11yrs and many 100% true rumours before..... when it happens it happens.

Takeover? dunno if nothing is said by Thursday can't see anything happening to be honest. Does anybody how much money the person even has who is apparently buying us? We will be like Sunderland but a lot better! But i'm not getting my hopes up yet cause there has been a load of rumours like this before but i hope they get the stadium sorted out as one of there first jobs.

think the team needs investment before the Stadium, can't win trophies, sign players and keep our best without investing in the team. Second is stadium for me.

Why Thursday?

Stadium is priority as its needed to generate revenue we run at a loss as it is now and don't have a major wage budget so you can't plough money into a team untill we can generate profit it's simple business you need more income to outgoings surely you know this that's how you get into massive debts and liquidation

Keep up to date,
we use to have a 5mil loss each year, but with the new 13mil a year extra tv deal, witch kicked in on the 1st of Aug this year, we ake a profit of 8mil a year now, not a loss of 5mil,
as 13mil extra - 5mil loss each year= 8mil profit, simple maths

so get a grip and stop saying we have no money, and just get behind the team and give them confidance for the new season, as when it's high WE WILL BEAT ANYONE and it needs so start fo the first game not the 19th game

And when did you last do evertons books to come up with that end of financial year was at a lost so where do you get profit of 8million from arsenal are only club with profit
