Maybe just maybe we need a season turning result like an arsenal or a west ham or a city.
Let's hope it comes against Watford.

I will beat at Goodison Wednesday evening, I am hoping After Silvas rant, he takes action and changes the team round and drop those he feels have not been performing, sadly I feel it may be the usual starting 11, with maybe the only change being Gaye recalled.

McCarthy will again be on the bench, we will go a goal down and again McCarthy will be an unused sub with chasing the game.

Hope I am wrong and Jagielka and McCarthy start.

Got a novel idea.

How about everyone just gets behind the manager and the team and if you want to be negative then just stay at home. Absolute joke reading the BS on here. Silva is 8 months into what everyone hoped was to be a long term project. He has lowered the age of the squad and I'm sure will further in the summer. Problem with young players is that they make mistakes and let bad fortune and idiot fans get to them.

Up until the last 20 seconds of the derby the mood of fans and players was great but that bad luck has affected the players and they need the fans to pick them up again. Not moan and groan every time there's a misplaced pass. In my opinion get behind them or stay on your couch.

You can forgive young players for making mistakes but when experienced players like Sigurdsson and Walcott wander around as though they don't have a care in the world they deserve all the stick they are getting. In addition not so young players like Keane should not be making the same mistakes over and over again. I for one would like to see more of the kids getting a game, at least they try.

I can put up with the misplaced pass now and again, what I cannot put up with is players not giving a toss about the shirt they wear and a stubborn manager who just will not ditch the zonal marking.

The fans will get behind the team, but it has to work both ways and at the moment, a large part of the team is not doing that, knowing full well they will still be in the team, the following week.

Not having a go Savo, but those supporters who attend those away games deserve at least some effort from the team.

Silva has never held a job for more than 13 months good cv for a long term manager. Think I might apply to Moshiri to run his business empire, not a clue how to do it but that seems to be a quality he uses when picking football managers who only manage well short term.
As for Brandts being impressed with Silva well does not say much for his judgement,5 mins at the club becomes a director, please explain the logic in this.

The post is just twoddle dark clouds. Wrong about how long he has managed a club. He managed Estoril for 3 years.
Allardyce has managed Bolton long term and done ok so not exactly short term. Koeman managed Ajax for 4 years.
And then you have a go at Brandts.

Have a go at the manager, DOF and owner but at least get your facts right when beating them with them.

Savo4884. Thank you for your advice but I will continue going to Goodison and I will continue supporting them. I do not boo or shout out criticism at games. What I shall do is continue to type my opinions and observations on forums such as this.

When I have I ever said I do not want us to do well. I have a differing opinion from yourself is all. Don't let it get you down lad. I only ever do my 'moaning' on these forums, not for me walking out before the end of a game or booing the players and coaching staff. I do take exception though to some of the ridiculous comments, insults and downright ignorance from some.
