Where do you want me to start, in central midfield only Gaye is really any good, the rest are average at best at the highest level.
Yes Ziggy is great but he is more a number ten, it is the likes of Scheiderling, Davis who although good players are not good enough in my view.

Davies is 20 years old for goodness sake! He broke into the team before his ears had dried out, scored a wonder goal and looked a very accomplished player. The team then struggled and he became part of a bigger problem at Everton FC. I struggle when I read such things. This is how to drive players away from Everton coming out with comments like this about a child! No wonder Rooney, Barkley etc wanted away as quickly as they could. How about thinking about such comments about a Blue who is working as hard as he can to get a regular place in the side rather than making crass statements like this. I can assure you the club are treating our youngsters in the right way by nurturing them through to 1st team football. Becausr he has not hit the headlines every game does not mean he is not good enough. certainly at 20 years old! Rant over!
