I have to say if Ross B is looking for a player to watch to learn yaya toure is class. Give him his dues.
Just hope our Ross steps it up to learn now and fulfill his potential.
Ross is still a kid with huge talent and will only get better he will be the best British midfielder in another year or two and hopefully he stays with us and ignores the sharks.

Yaya is a machine. What a player, I hated City after the Lescott deal but they have won me over as a neutral. They spend fortunes but invest big in the community, have a decent set of fans who stuck by club when it was in the gutter and a team that is good to watch, led by this monster. They deserve to win the league because they have the best all round team.

Ed, could we have a poll on 'Banter' from other supporters from other clubs, yes it is a banter page but this week the Liverpool foreign (Irish) supporters club have dominated proceedings.
I love Everton but would never consider trying to post on other teams sites in anger (fuelled on booze?) they are no interest to me.
What about a 'yellow card' system, don't push it son or ed's red card comes out?

Haha Mushy but be careful when you mention Irish as foreign mate cause Everton has a huge history connected with the Irish it's in the History books mate I think you need to look further a field when you mention foreign and that goes for both us and the reds.
Grandad was from Cork Stef so I certainly not anti Irish! Just fed up from moaning reds who would need to put Anfield post code into sat nav to find it.

I know it's not Everton related really but Phil Jones being injured is the best thing that could ever happen to the England squad selection. He is a useless pile of dog turd and hopefully it opens the door for John Stones to snatch a place.

Rooney is obviously one of or possibly the best English player around. for Man Utd. When was the last time he had a good game for England? I would certainly drop him and try a youth policy or at least give others a go. Maybe he will wake up and realise himself that he has stagnated in the England team for the last five years.

Ed - Any news on the latest agreement for the 2014 TV rights money for 5th place. I see from predictions, this depends on how much all the worlds TV companies paid for screeening EPL matches but EFC are on for between $75m and $97m payment. Nice change!
Relegated teams parachute payments are around 65m so we must be near 100m!
Lukaku, Boney and a cheeki bid for Messi then!
Last year Manchester United won the league with 60m prize money. This year the team finishing bottom will get 62m. The winner will get 100m. We will be getting 88m.
So we can go for Messi then?
