I was thinking, with us being linked to all these left footed RW's what do you all think will be are attacking line up next season.
I'm personally hoping it's Malcom or Neres. Don't want Traore as I don't rate him at all.
If we do get one do you all think Silva will see Richy as are main striker with DCL plus another as backups.

Bernard. Sigurdsson. Malcom?
Gueye? Gomes
Digne. Keane. Zouma/ Mina Coleman
Pickford
Definitely challenge the top 6 with that 11 imo.

I think we worked out Richarlison can’t play up top by himself towards middle of last season.
We played much better when he was on the wing
If we don’t get anyone Touson and DCL will play up top but I think we will sign someone for that role. Won’t be Richarlison though I don’t think.

I wouldn’t say he can’t play there I just don’t think he is ready to play there but will end up more central, lots of players did that T. Henry was a winger and took some time to become the striker we all seen.

I disagree Sobs. For me Richarlison has that natural goal scoring ability and nack of being in the right place.
He scored 13 in 35 last season and at 22 that’s a fanstastic return. Could you imagine the Hype around DCL if he got that return.

I hope you are right - I don’t think it’s just the goals - he didn’t hold ball up well enough - thought DCL did better job - but can mix system for different teams.
I’d love it if he did turn into a 20-25 goal a season striker though ðŸ‘.

Whether our on the wing or in the 18 yard box, what is certain is that we have one of the brightest talents to come out of Brazil. We would not have been in this position a few years back. Remember when Martinez said we were lucky to have Eto’o? Well we have an up and coming player who I’m certain in the very near future will be a great player for us.
