If the 55 million bid is true, then you have to assume it is going to be rejected, I'm conversations have taken place about cash plus players, but if Palace don't want those players, or those players aren't interested in joining palace then obviously its very difficult to do, I personally think its a stretch for Everton financially, and with the manager already admitting we probably need FIVE players to come in before the wundow shuts, then it puts things into perspective, I know the actual money involved means nothing to us as fan.

We will almost have that money covered by the Gana and Lookman money. I wouldn't put it past Brands to then bag us a couple of good loans for CB and CM like last season.
Zaha as a striker in this squad could get plenty of goals. He'll get 10 in penalties.

We would have received over £60 mill if the gueye sale goes through after vlasic and lookman, plus some of the wages for players such as kenny, sandro and Dowell with the likes of niasse, onyekuru, tosun, besic, mirralles and McCarthy to possibly go out the door on perms or loan deals. Money isn't an issue. MB will have targets and will get them at the right price just like last summer. We can also get high profile loanees just like Zouma and Andre Gomes. We should only panic after the transfer window closes, until then we should keep faith in MC and MB.

As above the money from gueye, lookman a d vlasic nearly covers it, I woukd look at bakayoko on loan, certainly hope we don't spend 40mil on him, yes been awful at Chelsea but great at Monaco and ac milan (apparently) worth a loan.

If you go off last 2 seasons then net spending is around 75million under Moshiri. Reckon big money to be spent.

Guys for the sake of ed2 s health please stop talking about money, what’s come in and what’s gone out and saved wages, it’s a minefield. There are cleverer people than you and I to sort all that out. Ed 2 explained it all there vat and agents fees and all sorts of hidden cost so let it go

Jaybo you obviously don't watch palace much then?
He creates penalties from his trickiness and ability to entice fouls from others. So not a daft thing to say.
He also plays as a striker for place too and can play across the front 3.
Watch a bit more of him and Palace and you will understand the comment.
