Another scenario to this could be that Zaha will now push for a transfer and will ask for a move, you can't keep an unhappy player and the deal we are offering would seem good to Palace, time will tell.

I would Ed! . No place for sentiment in footy is there. If he accepts a deal to come to us he obviously wants to be here and who cares if he would’ve preferred Arsenal? .

I think the majority of players would rather be at city, barca, juve etc, But play fur other teams. I have no doubt that he would be at arsenal given the chance, but if thsts not a option and he wants out of palace then he will have to look at other options. As long as he performs I'm happy mate.

Do you know if the rumours that he is actually open to a move are true, or everton and Palace will eventually agree a deal and the player will turn it down. It would be a bit bizarre for things to be at this stage if there wasn't any interest from the player.

Right, so he is open to a move more out of desperation to escape the situation he's now in at Palace? Sort of see your point now, however I woukd still take him ha. He's not the only desperate one ha.

Well we had Lukaku for 2 years and he didn't want to be here but scored nearly 50 goals so I'm good with it.
Like Ed says, players are merely transient employees and as long as he doesn't have a bad attitude, which it doesn't look like he does then let's get him and move him on in a couple of seasons if that's what both parties want.
