Went to the game last night an i hope to god i don't see dcl are number 9 play as a leading striker again in the starting line up this lad yes is 22 but if we accept players at this level to lead r line we will never break into the top 6 he is a terrible finisher he mite work hard but this team needs goals an this kid is not gona give us them also richarlison needs to go bk on the left

Evocallum, in the past i've been critical of DCL ok he missed a good chance last night, but you tell me any striker who doesn't miss them, even the regular 20 a season guys, DCL would need to convert 100% of his chances to reach that level, the service and support to this kid is abysmal, every time Villa played the ball up front their centre forward had players swarming forward, where were the blue shirts doing that, all we're using this kid for is the donkey work for a shower of lazy midfielders, speaking of midfielders have to say though, Gomes' contribution to both goals astonishing, free kick for the first, and an excellent dummy tackle for the second, and your on DCL's back, and Coleman is a complete idiot, could have been dismissed,

Coleman lost it a while ago, has 2 or 3 above average games a season and that's it. Constantly kicks it against his own leg and constantly gets rinsed defensively.
As for DCL, I don't get why we persist with him, called him a poor mans Shane Long for a while now and it's true. Not only does he need to be benched but also sold, would anyone come in for him? I doubt it. He wouldn't start for any other team in the Premier League and that includes the likes of Palace, Brighton and Newcastle.
If Silva keeps on playing DCL and persisting with this silly formation and tactics every game then he will be out of a job very soon.

Dlc out the starting line up am play someone who can finish from 6 yards the better this lad is championship at the best not a prem striker and for a club who is challenging for top 6 we players like him should be on the bench as a impact player as for gomes he has a bad game

Were lacking quality through the spine of the team in my opinion, we are really missing gana at the minute. DCL really needs to step up but he will have to do it another time as he surely will be replaced next time, but to me Sigurdsson does not offer us enough and Gomes has been poor since his initial run in the team when he joined on loan. I really hope Delph gets fit soon, I think he could come in for Gomes and Iwobi and Kean for Gylfi and DCL, we need more energy in the middle of the pitch.
