Aside from are dismal performances this season for me the second major problem I have with Silva is.
His lack of charisma! . I don't think I've ever seen a more dour Everton manager.
It makes you think how the players view him.
Does any1 else see this as one of his big problems.

Don’t really see it as a problem. It’s also just part of his current situation. If he was winning games and still the same then we would all be saying how he’s all business. Alternatively if he was charismatic and we were losing then we would complain about it like we did with Martinez.

i don't know it works two ways doesn't it, i loved it when he was like a stone faced manager meant no nonsense, when we score he does go abit mad on the touchline, but now its not going his way it looks clueless, hard topic really i think.

Yeah. I agree, a tough one to judge. I remember McLaren getting pellets for smiling after a Newcastle loss. The fans thought it was insensitive. I suppose it’s finding a balance.

its like mourinho had character, but wasnt always this character sometimes he would act exactly how marco does, its mixed.

I get what some of you are saying but it’s not like he’s only been like that recently. I remember his first ever press conference being difficult to watch.
Take Klopp for example. Like him or loath him If your in a room with 500 people you could bet everyone would know he was there. Then you would get Marco being lost in the shadows like a little mouse.
He has no aura, no personality and for me it’s one of his main problems. It makes me seriously question how he got the job in the first place coupled with his CV.

A public persona exuding confidence and a pro active football mind is all I need to see, 'Krusty the Clown' I don't need . I see them on 'Goals on Sunday' touting for work.
