Love to know what ed02 thinks of all theses discussions on these Everton pages are like at the moment and his thoughts on us stupid fans, manager and the way this club is being run . or is he not interested one way or another.

Brands could be more assertive but clearly either Silva is taking no interest or Brands is happy to continue having the wrong shots called. The owner has an advisor and now another third party has his fangs in the meat pie that is Everton.}

Skylark, it is the 'advisor' in my view causing the problems. Mr Moshri is a business person who knows very little about football or the business. I have mentioned often (hopefully he is now well) , Hoddle, give that bloke whatever it takes for his input and act on it.

Hi Ed02, isn't the point of a DoF to be Moshri's advisor? If he has an advisor and a 3rd party would you assume he doesn't trust brands?
Or have I just got the DoF role completely wrong?
{Ed002's Note - No. The Director of Football or Technical Director would not normally advice an owner. He would usually be responsible for all of the teams at the club, ladies, first team, youth teams and scouting would report in to him. The focus is normally on the liaison with scouts and helping the first team achieve what they need. If the team is in a good place they should not be discussing transfers much.}
