Not being funny gb but loads on here shouting for tosun to start as he striker. He done nothing again today. I would throw kean in and leave him like they did with dcl - 10 games go and learnt them prem son.

I think Cenk has had his chances plenty of huff and puff but no end result, i think Moise Kean as you say mate would be the better choice and he is quick.

Yes Tosun missed chances today but actually thought he played well. Given the same run as Silva has given DCL and his confidence will grow. Said it before Tosun prior to us played and scored against the best in the Champions League he also scores regularly for his Country. As I said earlier first half we could have increased the pressure (two up top) and second half cruised in.

Tosun got hooked off again, why not give the guy a more extended runout instead of half a game here and there, the fact that he missed chances is at least better than not creating many chances, give this guy a regular runout and he will score goals for us.

Geoffjohno, Tosun did nothing! Did you watch the game? He needs game time, not going to repeat myself but just research the bloke, look at who he has played and scored against on a regular basis. Take his game time against DCL and compare.

We can't ignore the fact that Tosun hasn't played much prior to the last week so let's not judge him on one or two games. As others have stated, let him have a decent run in the side and then see what he can do. He seems to have the right attitude.

I did watch the game bud. It's all about opinions bct but tosun is poor for me. Too slow for this league and as people said missed a hateful of chances.
You keep going on about him scoring for Turkey and champs league. They are both slow technical style of football compared to prem league. I get bored watching England except for big tournaments, which I don't think he played in
He was in a decent besiktas side but wonder how many chances it took him to score his goals. Poor conversion rate I think.
I like him, he be great in mid table Italian side where the pace is slower but not for this league. I think kean needs a run and if that don't work then try u23 lads.

Yes he missed chances. All season we have made chances and moaned nobody was on the end of them. At least he was there to miss them and he won't every week. After all Aguero missed a hatful tonight.
