Interesting stat in Marco's press conference.
In his 50 games in charge he's won more games, got more points, scored more goals and conceded 11 less than Evertons previous 50 games.
Does that prove there has been progress?

I don't think he is the greatest, but neither is the squad he is working with. 3 points today and we can maybe start looking forwards rather than over our shoulder. the last couple of games count for nothing if we don't we today, and since he has come in we have struggled in these types of home games. But yeah, I feel like on the whole, we are better than when he came in, but that's not saying much!

So many questions Blue.
One thing that is said a lot about Martinez is how would he have done with money. When Silva is sacked will we all say, how would he have done with a proven striker?

I actually think Roberto would have faired better out of the 2 with the money etc.
I have my doubts with Marco's tactics mate, even with Lukaku I can still see him on the touch line all 'slack jawed' when he needs to go to a plan 'b' and so on.
I will admit that's because I am no longer angry with the former and the latter is currently the one to moan about.
Tbh though literally off the cuff guess?

The thing for me with Marco is, when it's good we are as good as we have been for ages but when it's bad it's really bad.

Well we were not given any details. So I take a test with the pass mark 50 out of 100. The first time I take it I get 30, the next time I get 40 and the final time I get 48. So I've improved but it's still a failed test. Silva's statistics may be better but he is still a failure in my eyes. Please someone remind me what our motto is?

Whatever the result is today, it doesn't matter as much as how we play from then until after Xmas. With games we've got, if we play the way we have been, we will not get a point.

Going back to the OP. The only thing that stat proves is how terrible Everton have been over the past 100 games.
