I personally hate chopping and changing managers and have tried to give Silva a chance but enough is enough.
His CV is Barron and you have to question Moshiri for hiring him in the first place.
Coupled with the fact He seems to have 0 charisma or a likeable persona ( in public ) . He's got to go.

Moyes or Hughes. Hughes odds have come down so looking like the front runner.

Yes would have to agree. He has no personality. Hate to say this but Klopp has charisma and is very good with his players and staff that work around him! . We need someone better than Silva. Is this the right time to get Pochitino before Bayern Munich get him?

Don’t want Hughes smit. As for Moyes I would personally have him back if I’m honest especially over bringing someone like Allardyce in.
As for Klopp Lemur he’s a top manager and the full package for imo. He’s exactly what I would be looking for in a manager personality wise.

And whilst Pochettino is massively unlikely it might be worth approaching him as we are very similar to when he took over at Spurs.

I have, and will, support this club through thick and thin - but!, I will not support the hiring of managers such as Hughes. He is a proven failure and should never be allowed near our club. Same goes for Moyes.
