silva publicly backed by brands, team to get behind the man whilst he's in charge. one last push of confidence from brands and the board.

Have you seen the press conference wblue?
Looks like he's here for a few games yet.
I think the board are thinking give him the next 2 games at least and see how it goes.
If he gets between 3 and 6 points they have a decision to make, if we get hammered it makes it easier to move him on.

{Ed025's Note - but when you look at arsenal smit it makes us look like ditherers, they seen that their manager was not up to scratch and acted qickly and decisively and so did spurs, we on the other hand are making a meal of it mate..

Misplaced and utter stupidity. How are they going to blag it after the next two games.

Ed, well said mate exactly spot on, could prove costly with Marco too, in a job that was always too big for him.

{Ed025's Note - you either have faith in your manager or you dont 247 there is no inbetween, if you want him back him to the hilt...if you dont kick him out sharpish, all this give him a few more games is just nonsense mate...pee or get off the pot..

To be fair Ed, Arsenal have looked in trouble for quite a while now and haven't helped their manager in shoring up the defence.
Them buying David Luiz has not only knackered them up but also knackered us up as it stopped us getting Zouma.

I think the boat was missed before the last international break to sack silva.
Currently were in a no win situation and it just reflects bad on us. If we look at next 5 or 6 games realistically it could be 5 or 6 defeats how would people react to that start for a new manager or fans have little to no patience as it is I've seen keen and gaming being wrote off after less than 5 games.
But I think its wrong when it appears everyone knows silva is gone/ going yet we are keeping him hanging to just see us threw some of the expected losses.

{Ed025's Note - i agree james mate..

Have to make it clear here that these criticisms are not personal but assuredly against the job Silva purports to be good at without evidence. Ed25 says Arsenal and Spurs saw their Managers were not up to scratch so those Managers were sacked no dithering. Now in my opinion Silva is not a patch on Emery or Pochetino (spelling) , yet our lot see fit to keep him. To me it says two things, A. someone, some or a majority of our exec, are not up to the job. B. Our ambition is purely rhetoric. There are a few of us on here that have been there, swung that lamp and worn lots of T shirts believe me we are not moaning for effect. Personally I think Johnson was the worse we have had and Walker (the Manager) the worse of his trade. I rate Silva a close second.

Its interesting. Spurs sack their manager and have a replacement straight away. Arsenal sack their manager with no replacement in place. I bet they will replace Emery quicker than we will replace Silva, with a better manager than we will, and not be a caretaker manager at that. It shows how little we have progressed, how far we have to go be considered a credible club, let alone a successful club. I feel the frustrations of all on here, whether I agree or disagree with their thoughts. If only the board, management, and players could tap in to our frustrations and feel what we feel.

Don’t forget that Watford also had an immediate replacement. Sometimes acting in haste can be a bad thing.
