Wow 17th in the table not good, must be Marco's last match in charge if we loose tomorrow.

Hasn't Brands come out and said they back him to pull through the slump?
Hes got another few games yet.
They could have pulled the trigger during December last season but didn't.
I think he'll get until the end of the season now.
If they didn't sack him after losing to Norwich they aren't going to for losing to a top 6 side.

I am not so sure Smit mate, Mr Moshiri must have heard the unrest at the game last week, i just think loose again tomorrow and it will be the final straw, not as though Marco hasn't had his chance.

Catch22 mate. You let him take the upcoming 5 or 6 games, then bring the new guy in. Or you bin him before Christmas I. E. after tomorrow. My take bin him Monday appoint the new guy Tuesday, he has a four week period to assess strengths (LOL) and weaknesses prior to January Window. Let Silva see out these 5 or 6 games and it could well be to late for a new guy.

I agree bct we only have to look at Spurs to see how the New Right Manager can get a team going.

30 Nov 2019 19:17:10
Provisio, if we win tomorrow, then there is justification to see how he goes. The priority for all of us, is to see our team do well. Some dislike Moyes for perceived disrespect I. E. coming in for our players, fact is he was no longer our Manager. I ask you, have we progressed since he left, we never won anything but we were acknowledged under his tenure as among the Premiership top Clubs.

The only problem with that GB is Spurs had a top 6 team to walk into, and the special one walked into it. Who is going to walk into a bottom 6 club and be expected to do what the special one can do? Would it be fair to burden a new man with the next 4 games after Leicester? Whichever way it goes I hope they have a strong successful contender to replace Marco with a long term contract. No more caretaker men for me please.

30 Nov 2019 19:30:47
I would like to have seen Moyes get the money Marco and co have had, but I would like new manager in if Marco does leave and maybe Benitez or Howe with new freah ideas. but hey I want a win tomorrow whatever happens.

I hate to say it but after Southamptons win they are just 2 points behind us. Mr Brands, Mr Moshri really in my view need a massive head ruling heart rethink because now looking at our fixtures we are deep in the brown stuff. No good a Hughes, no good crossing fingers for a Silva miracle (16 months and counting) , perhaps not even right for an interim. I hope against hope that they are not as naive behind their public persona and actually do have someone ready to hit the ground running. I have had 65 glorious years of Everton in the top flight. I hope Brands and Moshri get it.

Who better to get us through the next 3 games?
Silva beat leicester away, lost to Liverpool albeit because Pickford threw the game and beat Chelsea at Goodison.
Let's just let games play out, after all he isn't going anywhere.

30 Nov 2019 19:45:14
I echo that bct mate.

{Ed002's Note - BCT? Bacon, Cat and Tomato?}

30 Nov 2019 20:14:15

30 Nov 2019 21:03:21
Truffle and eggs hmmmm.

30 Nov 2019 20:41:56
